I’ve literally purchased 6 of these. They’re super comfy and heat great. They do not last. The most I’ve gotten from one blanket is three months, the rest a few weeks. I love the blanket so much, when it works. I’ve read other reviews on different heated throws and they all seem to say the same about not lasting. Hopefully I get through the season with the one I just bought. The control just flashes and stops working. This is my favorite Amazon purchase ! It is extremely soft and gets very hot. However, I do burn the motor out every single year. I purchase a brand new one every single year you have to be careful not to let the remote get stuck under the blanket. They overheat easily, but it is my favorite item in my house ... show more

I was hesitant to order this blanket because of some of the reviews, but I loved the style and color in comparison to other Amazon options so I thought I'd give it a try. To give a little background, I am a Texan, born and raised, who recently moved to WA state. I was clearly not prepared for the weather difference, and constantly find myself freezing cold even with my heater blasting. I WAS NOT MADE TO FUNCTiON IN THESE CONDITIONS. No need to fret though y'all there's a happy ending to this story. I ordered this blanket about a week ago and I am totally and undeniably IN LOVE with this thing. It is soft and keeps me incredibly warm. Some have complained about being able to feel the wires. Yes, I can feel them. Does it make me horribly uncomfortable? Absolutely not. I'm so warm and cozy, I couldn't care less. There is even heat throughout the blanket, the controls work well, and there is a very distinct difference between all three heat settings (but I prefer high because if you didn't get it already, I do not like being cold!). I haven't had to use my heater at all since I got this blanket, so I'm assuming my electricity bill is going to decrease quite a bit as well. As for size, it does run a bit small, but it covers my whole body so I have zero complaints. Overall, I haven't had any problems, and plan on updating the review in another couple of months just for follow up. I like this blanket and will keep it, but I’m not in love. You can definitely feel the wires but it is also soft and the pattern on this one is a good neutral. The high setting is too hot and it seems making the blanket thicker so you can’t feel the wires would make more sense. The size is great and I washed it when it arrived following instructions and it literally dried in five minutes as suggested. ... show more

I have ordered many different heated blankets but this is my favorite by far. It is 50x70 which I love as I am 5'7" and the 50x60 throws do not cover my toes. This one is nice and long. This blanket is beautiful also with the faux fur and the velvety material inside. The faux fur is SO soft,. I like it much better than the ones which have sherpa inside because they are not nearly as soft as this. I highly recommend this! ... show more

I have purchased the ZURI heated faux fur throw. I love the blanket. I love the size and the weight and the look and feel of it. However, I have purchased 3 in as many years. Not one has lasted an entire year (or I should say cold season) I replaced it the first time because I thought it was a fluke that the first one stopped working..and that replacement did the same exact thing. I don't know why I went ahead and bought a 3rd replacement other than the description shown above. I wish this blanket would work longer! It would be 5 stars if it did. ******SECOND FOLLOW UP*** after receiving the replacement blankie… it still died quicker than the first!!!! Long story short.. these are disposable!!! *FOLLOW UP**** I bought this in January we used it very rarely initially the first month of Feb. I just brought it out again in fall. It worked very nicely this October. I kept in plugged in behind my sofa so my daughter and I could turn it on at night and snuggle watching TV .. today I tried to turn it in and just got blinking lights. It won’t power up..guess it’s a known issue . .. Im ñot sure i want to spend the money on another one just to last a limited time although I hate to admit the cozy warmth was something incredible on fall nights.****AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE IM GETTING A REPLACEMENT BLANKET FREE OF CHARGE.
