Fantastic value, no setup required, just power on & go... Here's everything you need to know before buying this under the desk treadmill: 1) Max weight limit is 265 lbs. I don't recommend buying if you weigh more than 240, especially if you plan to use everyday. You don't want to stress the motor. 2) Don't use directly on carpet. Buy rubber mats for $20. Running the machine directly on top on carpet will overheat the motor. Notice in the picture, I bought the rubber mats and I elevated both ends of the machine by 1.5" (this allows the machine to maintain breathable distance from the floor which is good if you intend on using your machine for more than 45min at a time). 3) Don't try to use the machine without a desk or something to rest your hand on. I'm a very coordinated person, however trying to watch TV and walking in place without a table or something to rest your hand on can be dangerous as you can easily forget where the walking tread is and take a mistep. 4) Definitely pony up the extra $25 for Amazon's extended warranty... I'm on my second treadmill because I simply overused my last machine and the motor crapped out. Buy this machine with the understanding that if you use it every day for 9-12 months, its bound to crap out on you, thats when you just get another free under warranty. 5) You will need to regularly lubricate the machine if you use it ~4 times a week. The rule of thumb is to lube the machine every 30 hours of use. This is very easy to do and only takes 3-5mins but will preserve the longevity of use. You can buy 100% silicone lube spray at the hardware store for like $5-6 however I highly recommend buying "Treadmill Lubricant" on Amazon. 6) Always UNPLUG the machine whenever it's not in use. SO FAR, in 7 months of use, I've lost 47 lbs. I'm 5' 11" tall and was weighing 252. Today I weigh 205 lbs and frequently have to buy new clothes to fit my much slimmer body. I bought the machine and lost 7 lbs before I started using it because I didn't want to stress the motor with all my weight. I walk a minimum of 45 min per day on the machine while I work and most days 60-90 minutes (take your time to build up to this). If you minimize the amount of carbs you eat (you have to count) and eat as much protein as you can, the weight will fall right off -- but none of this is easy. There are carbs in EVERYTHING. I try to keep my daily total under 50-60g of carbs per day and eat a minimum of 80g of protein. If you're serious about losing weight and getting healthy, this is the perfect catalyst! Lastly, cut all alcohol consumption to 1 day a week. For every drink you consume, your metabolism comes to a halt for up to 36 hours (just Google it). ... show more

I wanted to love this so badly, but it's not an easy machine to use. I bought it for max. price at $389. I used this machine approximately 60-90 minutes per day since purchase (about 7 months ago). The machine requires daily adjustment. The remote is cheap and does not respond (you press the up button to increase speed and the machine stops instead). It's very loud despite following instructions to lube and use the little tool to straighten the belt. The belt slips constantly regardless of proper use. I was willing to try to continue to give it extra time and love - but the belt just stopped working altogether and won't move when the remote is pressed 'on'. I reached out to Urevo for a refund at this point because I need a machine that is more reliable. I will change this review if I hear back. Update: Urevo customer service was quick to respond and sent a new machine to replace my old one after I sent them a video of the error. New machine arrived within a week - used twice with minimal belt slippage. Belt will eventually slip, but seems like that is just par for the course with these machines. I love this under desk treadmill so much. It has completely changed my working life. I am walking at least 10,000 steps everyday and my body is starting to reflect that. I got rid of my office chair and left the treadmill under my desk to force myself to walk while working. I use this treadmill in 30 min intervals and let it rest 10-15 min just to ensure its durability. It's so stylish and matches colors with my Rokit 5 speakers. Couldn't have asked for a better treadmill and I got lucky that I bought it while it was on promo. If you're debating whether or not to buy one, debate no more. You will not regret it. Its easy to maintain as well. Just use the oil they give you and squirt underneath the belt to ensure a nice glide. The company outdid themselves with this one. 5 out of 5 stars. Review Update: I am upgrading my review to four stars and want to provide some additional information. While my original review comments remain true, if you are considering purchasing this walking pad do not hesitate. The company's customer service is OUTSTANDING and incredibly generous. Not only did they notice my review, they reached out to me not just to acknowledge my feedback but to work with me to resolve my concerns better than I could've expected. Customer service is SO important and this company seems to genuinely understand that! My first reaction was this is not a champagne color as described and shown in the product image. Most people probably won't care about this, but had I known I would have ordered the black instead. So, if you do choose to order the champagne color just know it's TAN not champagne. My only other annoyance is the product is described as having adjustable pads at the base but there is nothing in the manual on how to properly adjust them if needed/wanted. Aside from those two things, it seems to work just fine; fits under my adjustable desk perfectly when using and slides right under my sofa when not. ... show more

I'm 275 (pushing 280) and have had issues with treadmills in the past that would slip and throw off your balance when you try to walk on it, but this one is great. Works up to the max walking speed of 4.0mph with no hiccups or problems. Includes some basic repair/calibration tools and simple instructions if things get off (they haven't for me yet), and it literally came fully assembled! Just removed the packaging and it was ready to rock. It's also small enough I can lean it up against my wall (it says not to do that, but I am doing it anyway since I am limited in space) and it's very convenient. I'm very happy.
