I have been waiting forever for the original large round brush attachment, and I was just done waiting… I am sure the original is probably better, but this is a great attachment. It hasn’t gotten stuck in my hair, it glides very easily, gets evenly hot with the airflow, adds a ton of shine, adds so much volume, and it creates decent tension on the hair. I can’t say about other hair types, but I have relatively fine and wavy hair (I have a decent amount of hair in mu head), and it works great for me! After reading some of the reviews for this I thought heck, I’ll try it out. It fits my Airwrap perfectly. It fits snugly in the socket and inserts smoothly. I had no problems with the bristles falling out. I have med/long, fine hair and a lot of it. It straighten my hair beautifully, giving it fantastic body. I’ve returned a few other non-OEM round brush attachments for being too flimsy, but I kept this one. The bristles are strong enough to hold and brush through my extremely thick hair. It’s not a perfect dupe for the Dyson version, but until they figure out their years-long stocking issue for the larger barrel, this is an excellent alternative. ... show more

I was worried when people said it didn't hold their hair, but it is perfect! The original round brush (small) that comes with the Dyson would grab onto my hair and wouldn't let go! This is perfect and I love the results I got using it. Would definitely recommend!

Regular use, and with a long hair blow out it can apart. The plastic part is of lower quality, not worth putting it together only for it to come apart again.

This large brush attachment for Dyson is a total game-changer! I was already a fan of the dyson airwrap, but this attachment took it to the next level. Compared to the original small brush, it creates much bigger curls, giving my hair that extra oomph and volume that I've always wanted. One thing I really love about it is how seamlessly it integrates into my dyson set. It looks just like the original attachments, so it doesn't feel like an add-on because material and colors are identical. Another thing worth mentioning is how easy it is to use. I was a bit worried that it might be tricky to handle because of its size, but it's actually very intuitive and works like a charm.
