I have a first gen Airwrap, and this diffuser fits well. It attaches just like the original Dyson barrels and snaps in securely. What I hadn't expected is how well and how quickly it dries my hair! I was using a Shark diffuser, which was already pretty fast, but the Dyson with this diffuser cut that time in half! I now get to 90% dry in 7 minutes, which I wouldn't have thought possible. I'm also getting better curls, and my hair volume is up. As a 2b-c wavy, I'm now getting ringlets all over and they're staying for days. It's also a lot more ergonomic than a traditional hairdryer. The angle of the diffuser makes it easier for me to dry the back of my head and get even curls and drying all over. Overall, super impressed. Not compatible with Dyson air wrap. It immediately made the clog filter light blink no matter what speed or heat setting I put it on.

Like that now I have all units that fit the dyson so it’s much easier for travel. This piece fits very well. I tried another one brand that fell apart after using twice.
