The media could not be loaded. The doors slowly stop closing, started making a constant LOUD noise, because the doors were trying to close. This made the whole litter box stopped working. Trying to get a replacement or refund is nearly impossible. I have sent in for a refund, but it is possible they will not even send a refund, or replacement. This is a good litter box. If you are looking for a litter box with good safety features this is a good choice. It comes with an app with good features to make it easier. My two cats are happy with it which makes me happy
