I ordered this trampoline last summer and the kids had a blast! It was easy to put together and it's nice and sturdy. Although it's very secure, I decided to lay down sandbags because I live in an area where we get a lot of storms. WIth 2 sandbars on each u-bar, this thing isn't going anywhere. ! I had just 1 slight problem with the trampoline and that was with the basketball hoop. It somehow was defective. SO I contacted customer care and they were absolutely wonderful about it. They responded immediately and apologized for the inconvenience and immediately sent me out a brand new basketball hoop. It arrived in just 3 days. Having this trampoline in our yard has brought so much joy to the kids and their friends and it really adds a nice touch to the backyard fun! We had a bunch of families over and everyone, even the adults joined in the fun. It's sturdy enough to hold adults and kids at the same time. The entrance ladder is a good and easy height from the ground and the zipper entry is secure. Neighbors have been watching and we are setting a trend in the area with trampolines. I would definitely recommend this trampoline to any friend or family member. For the overall quality and wonderful customer service I received, it was worth the money. We love this trampoline! Our kids love it too and we are thrilled to finally have a trampoline! We purchased this as a gift for our three kids, ages seventeen, thirteen, and five. We chose it because it seemed like the most affordable, best effective trampoline that could hold a higher weight safely since our older two kids are teens. It is sturdy and safe for all three of the kids to jump and play on there at the same time. It was not bad at all to assemble like we thought it would be. It took my husband and two boys about two hours to put it together on Christmas Eve. We are completely satisfied with this purchase so far! A few things that we love: the extra support bars on the base, the safety net, the ladder, the zipper and clip closure, and the higher weight limit. Here are a few things that we noticed to provide a little constructive feedback: the instructions for the net could have been more detailed, the cushion over the springs is very loose- sort of flaps around, and there are no openings for the ladder in the blue cushion. Regarding the blue cushion, it probably isn’t even necessary since the net is designed to keep the kids off of that area. However, it would be a better design to maybe have elastic around it to keep it on there better. We are completely satisfied with this purchase! I bought this for my 5 year on for a birthday present. She and her friends love it! A bad wind storm came through and slung it around 100 feet down the holler. The trampoline held up good but the poles broke. Replacement poles were super high on price so I recently bought same style universal poles for it and it works perfect. Tough product but make sure to anchor it down. Dumb move on my part! ... show more

Pay very careful attention to the detailed assembly instructions. We got stuck at one point, it seemed the hardware was not a good fit, until we realized we had a few of the lower poles in reverse position. It was not obvious at first. It took three adults to install the support and netting. Otherwise, the installation went smoothly and quickly. Per the instructions, it is ideal to setup on flat ground. We thought our selection site was nearly flat but once assembled we realized it was not as the frame appeared to lean to one side. We carefully slid and rotated the trampoline to an adjacent flatter ground, and it looks much better. You are not supposed to move the trampoline once it is assembled but it is likely inevitable for most folks who place the trampoline on a lawn that needs to be mowed each week. However, the frame is lightweight aluminum so two adults can carefully shift its position without a struggle or any adverse effects. The UV protectors which cover the foam do not seem to stay in place well and have been slipping down every few days - see attached photo. However, the overall setup seems durable, including the fun basketball hoop accessory. We have no complaints about the aesthetics as it appears mostly black on the matte aluminum (not too shiny) frame. The trampoline is a generous size so our family of five can bounce together with plenty of space. Compared to all the other options available, this trampoline seems the best value for the price. ... show more

Purchased this trampoline about a year ago. We had one spring tear away within the 1 year warranty (our fault for not contacting the seller then) but when our warranty expired (literally a week before this happened) 5 more springs tore off of the mat. My girls could have fallen through the torn mat when bouncing, and I’m glad no one was hurt!! This is a safety issue for sure. Because warranty window was closed, they sent me a link to buy a new mat, but it’s out of stock. So now we’re stuck with a useless trampoline after only a year of use. Just beware of that when purchasing, you’ll only get about a year use out of it! Should have listened to the other review that was saying the same thing. Just don’t expect a long use out of this trampoline, or much help from the company. ... show more
