After spending a few days looking for a trampoline the entire family could enjoy, we selected this one. Price seemed reasonable when compared to the local box stores when you considered the weight ratings.I really liked the way it looked ( mainly the net design.) and the weight rating. Took about 3 hours to put together, only really needed a second set of hands with the net. So far the family has thoroughly enjoyed it! Even got it together in time for a birthday party! The pros: very easy to assemble the base. Trampoline fits multiple kids and adults all at the same time. The kids LOVE the fact we can all play basketball together. The cons: 2 of the sun protectors to cover the foam on the uprights were damaged upon arrival. The stitching is already pulling apart as can be seen in the photo. The net does not fit the base: this prevents the zipper from closing all the way. The zipper is already damaged from it and a buckle sheared off from it ( reference photo.). I wish the cover for the springs would stay In place as well ( reference photo.) some of the base pieces were slightly damaged, most likely during shipping. Nothing that would affect the safety or performance of the product. Overall: very happy with the purchase. Even with the slight issues that arise. We would still purchase it again. I will update the review once I hear back from the company on the net issue, as it really should be replaced. Update: the company shipped replacement parts to replace correct the concerns we had. ... show more

Pay very careful attention to the detailed assembly instructions. We got stuck at one point, it seemed the hardware was not a good fit, until we realized we had a few of the lower poles in reverse position. It was not obvious at first. It took three adults to install the support and netting. Otherwise, the installation went smoothly and quickly. Per the instructions, it is ideal to setup on flat ground. We thought our selection site was nearly flat but once assembled we realized it was not as the frame appeared to lean to one side. We carefully slid and rotated the trampoline to an adjacent flatter ground, and it looks much better. You are not supposed to move the trampoline once it is assembled but it is likely inevitable for most folks who place the trampoline on a lawn that needs to be mowed each week. However, the frame is lightweight aluminum so two adults can carefully shift its position without a struggle or any adverse effects. The UV protectors which cover the foam do not seem to stay in place well and have been slipping down every few days - see attached photo. However, the overall setup seems durable, including the fun basketball hoop accessory. We have no complaints about the aesthetics as it appears mostly black on the matte aluminum (not too shiny) frame. The trampoline is a generous size so our family of five can bounce together with plenty of space. Compared to all the other options available, this trampoline seems the best value for the price. ... show more

Fantastic! Perfect size for our front yard. Assembly was a piece of cake! Only downfall I have to say about this is the basketball hoop sucks! It's too loose no matter how much you tighten the bolts on the back. Every time we throw a basketball in, when it hits the back board, the whole thing moves and swivels. Plus, the hoop itself is too small. Requires a very small basketball. Other than that, the trampoline itself is sturdy! This was almost a 5 star trampoline, the hoop was the only reason I gave a 4 star review. ... show more

We love this trampoline! Our kids love it too and we are thrilled to finally have a trampoline! We purchased this as a gift for our three kids, ages seventeen, thirteen, and five. We chose it because it seemed like the most affordable, best effective trampoline that could hold a higher weight safely since our older two kids are teens. It is sturdy and safe for all three of the kids to jump and play on there at the same time. It was not bad at all to assemble like we thought it would be. It took my husband and two boys about two hours to put it together on Christmas Eve. We are completely satisfied with this purchase so far! A few things that we love: the extra support bars on the base, the safety net, the ladder, the zipper and clip closure, and the higher weight limit. Here are a few things that we noticed to provide a little constructive feedback: the instructions for the net could have been more detailed, the cushion over the springs is very loose- sort of flaps around, and there are no openings for the ladder in the blue cushion. Regarding the blue cushion, it probably isn’t even necessary since the net is designed to keep the kids off of that area. However, it would be a better design to maybe have elastic around it to keep it on there better. We are completely satisfied with this purchase!
