The media could not be loaded. This trampoline is awesome! Very easy set up instructions, and even faster set up time. Love that the basketball hoop is like an actual metal rim and not plastic. Definitely recommend buying. Plus all the foam pole coverings come with a weather protective sleeve for long lasting. After spending a few days looking for a trampoline the entire family could enjoy, we selected this one. Price seemed reasonable when compared to the local box stores when you considered the weight ratings.I really liked the way it looked ( mainly the net design.) and the weight rating. Took about 3 hours to put together, only really needed a second set of hands with the net. So far the family has thoroughly enjoyed it! Even got it together in time for a birthday party! The pros: very easy to assemble the base. Trampoline fits multiple kids and adults all at the same time. The kids LOVE the fact we can all play basketball together. The cons: 2 of the sun protectors to cover the foam on the uprights were damaged upon arrival. The stitching is already pulling apart as can be seen in the photo. The net does not fit the base: this prevents the zipper from closing all the way. The zipper is already damaged from it and a buckle sheared off from it ( reference photo.). I wish the cover for the springs would stay In place as well ( reference photo.) some of the base pieces were slightly damaged, most likely during shipping. Nothing that would affect the safety or performance of the product. Overall: very happy with the purchase. Even with the slight issues that arise. We would still purchase it again. I will update the review once I hear back from the company on the net issue, as it really should be replaced. Update: the company shipped replacement parts to replace correct the concerns we had. ... show more

I'd say without a doubt this is a high quality trampoline compared to some the the big box store models for a few hundred bucks. Comes with the net and an added basketball hoop too! Overall it wasn't terrible to set up but definitely not fun - but hey, that's how it goes. One key thing to pay attention to is the order of the springs for assembly. I put one or two springs at the quarter points then did the same at their centers - it's also important to count the Spring and rungs to make sure you're not missing any and then have to go back. It’s been a crazy time recently and growing kids always stuck inside were getting to all of us! We needed something for all three kids to do that would use up excess energy and keep them outside exercising longer. I was hesitant to purchase a trampoline because I’ve heard so much about how unsafe they are and how kids get hurt on them. After seeing how much fun my kids had on friend’s trampolines and hearing from other parents that safety features had come a long way since I was a kid, I decided to look into getting one. I researched many different safety features and settled on this model because it included the bent poles (to keep kids from banging into the pole); had the net inside the springs (to avoid broken legs by going through the spring area) and could hold up to 760lbs (Mom & Dad want to get in on the fun sometimes too!) It defiantly does take at least two adults to assemble (we had all five of us working on it, our oldest son was quit helpful as an extra set of hands at times) and you have to be very careful to align every pole correctly as you go or you will end up undoing some of the work, which can be frustrating. Most of the pieces are labeled to help avoid this problem although we did find a few of the net poles weren’t and we had to use a little logic to figure it out & did end up redoing 4 of the poles as we went. We also ended up having to use ratchet straps to help pull the net tight, those new springs don’t want to give at all! We bought a water park trampoline sprinkler set on AMAZON to add extra outside fun hours when it is super-hot during the Texas summers. And are planning to add a LED light kit to extend the daylight hours when it starts getting dark too early in the day. All three kids and mom have been able to jump together for lots of family fun. They love being able to make “Slam Dunks” with the basketball hoop attachment. This was a great addition for the kiddos who weren’t tall enough to make a basket in the normal driveway type basketball hoops. This one pole for the basketball hoop didn’t have the hole drilled in the correct side to line up with the screws but since my husband had a drill we just made the hole on the correct side and moved on rather that fussing with returning it and waiting for a replacement. ... show more

The trampoline has met my expectations. The most important thing to look for is total weight capacity. There are plenty of cheaper options out there but are only designed for 250 lbs or less. Put more than a few teens on there and you have a broken trampoline. Even though I have given it 5 stars, there is some room for improvement. I was not a fan of the bolts used for the structural cross beams. So I went out and replaced them with grade 8 bolts. These upgraded fasteners are essential in making sure the frame maintains its structural integrity. Also, the blue cover that sits on the springs could have a better design so that it doesn’t pull away from the edges. See the picture attached. Pinching the edges between the side wall columns do not achieve this over the long run. After some wind and the kids playing on it a few times, the cover pulled away. It still performs its function by providing protection from the springs. Also, invest in some good straps and anchors so you don’t lose your investment to the wind. I have seen more trampolines destroyed due to high winds. The install was fairly simple even though I did it by myself. Took about 4 hours. It definitely would have been easier with 2-3 people. The hardest part was putting up the safety net by myself. All and all I am very satisfied with my purchase and believe that this trampoline will last many years. ... show more
