    • Great scooter, was a few drawbacks.
Overall I love this scooter, it has lots of great features. It is a fast scooter and very agile and solid Construction. I just wish it had some type of suspension system, with the 'no-flat' tires bumps are a problem. The backup beeper is Extremely Loud, had to hire a technician to disable it. Rapping duct tape around the shaft for the seat solved the wobbly problem, don't know how long that will last but solved the problem for the time being. This accessibility scooter is pretty great my only complaints is that the seat isn't 100% solid unless you REALLY tighten that seat in. The beeps can be quite loud especially when reversing which bothers my mom but I feel it's necessary to be loud at the same time. The rear "reflectors" are just plastic and do NOT REFLECT any light so I suggest buying reflective tape or pads. This is a heavy scooter, the battery weighs more than the scooter itself. That being said it's always best to separate the battery from the scooter UNLESS you'd like to throw your back out carrying 100lbs every time. Well this review has changed a lot. It was always you get what you paid for including listing the negatives with work arounds. You don't expect to not have to deal with lower quality At this price. That said a few weeks ago it started having a very frustrating issue that ended up with it now being useless. After 9 months the brake is broken. Now this is what puts it in and out of drive as well asstops themachine so it is kind of importantand one would figure it to be the last part to ho bad so soon. It first started not staying in free wheel mode. It would flip back into drive on it's own so it could not be pushed. Then it "shorted" or whatever they do and will not allow the motor to function. Now we own a giant paperweight that cannot even roll. After lots of YouTube to diagnose it we found it is not unusual on the models such as this. We also found no one in our area will work on them due to not having a parts list much less proper parts. Being handy we did find a brake that looks similar in pictures and is nondescript enough it might work. Even if we get this one running the plan is to get a "name brand" one as soon as we can so we can get it worked on. The only positive about this is we did realize how many things we used to enjoy we no longer did due to mobility issues. ... show more

The seat is very wobbly. The backup signal is obnoxious and is not adjustable It has a poor turning radius, but all in all it is a nice little scooter. Quiet and fast and charging is easy and quick. The backup mirrors are pretty useless, though We had a small issue with assembly, but got immediate help to resolve the problem. Very helpful ... show more

Yeah yeah, all the little things that I read in the reviews are a bit problematic but ... You can always improve things with a little ingamewaty - sp. Seat not comfortable enough for you? Try a custion that they sell for such things or a pillow. Etc etc etc.

Needs tail lights more than front blinkers. They are pretty cool though. I was very surprised at the construction and quality of the finish. It drives perfectly. Wish it had a shorter turning radius. Seat rocks around the clock and it not very comfortable, especially the back. I would like it to have a bit more padding, a few inches taller and had lumbar support. But, so far, I love it, There're so many scams going on these mobility devices, I'm glad this is NOT one......Thanks ... show more

We bought this because of the size, my mom didn't like her compact one because it offered no foot room. This is a good size frame. Pro: good size at a good price Con: battery compartment arrived broken, when we asked for a replacement, they sent the wrong part, which took almost a month to arrive. We did eventually get the right part after much back & forth trying to explain what we needed (and another month for the part to arrive) So, if you need something from customer service, get Amazon involved and be patient with shipping. For now, after another month of use, it's working fine. ... show more
