I was hesitant about buying a coat with such few reviews, but I'm glad I did. I am 5'9" and 150 lbs with relatively long arms. The medium fits me very well. I could wear a hoodie under it if I wanted. I would say it fits as expected, perhaps a little on the larger size. The sleeves are long enough and I love the hand pockets on the outside. I love how long it is as well, it's like wearing a cozy blanket with the soft fleece material on the inside. The hood is nice a big and the faux fur has a zipper that you can detach. I prefer without but I'm more of a casual dresser. I still need to test it in the cold Michigan winters, but doing great so far during my cold morning walks right now. UPDATE 10/31/21: Unfortunately the zipper on the coat broke a few months after purchasing it. The coat, however, is still holding up well and keeps me very warm in the winter. I love how soft the inside material is. I'm going to try to fix the zipper because I really like the rest of the coat. ... show more

I’m so happy I purchased this coat! It has definitely come in handy for this Winter! I chose the color black and ordered the next size up from what I usually wear and I’m glad I did because it is snug. I’m happy with the length—comes down to my knees, which helps block some of the cold wind. The hood is oversized but fits better when I also wear my winter stocking cap with the pompon on top. The fur around the hood is not that pretty but it does add character to the coat. I hope the makers of this coat will improve the pockets as they are thin and not lined with the same lining as the inside of it. Context: I live in a state where winters are fairly mild. Average highs are 45 degrees f. And average lows are 25 degrees f. Usually I buy coats from Columbia, north face or carhart. This time I couldn’t afford anything from those brands so I was on a hunt for the next best thing. This coat was it! Pros: this coat is nice and warm on breezy cold days even without having to zip it up. Length is great and the draw string function at the waist is nice for a slimming affect. Con’s: wrinkles a little too easily. The two side pockets have a lining that catches on my skin- much like microfiber does. Makes me cringe 😬 ... show more

Something you don't often find anymore in women's clothing are decent pockets, and this coat is the exception. All the pockets are not only roomy and deep but they're made with a good fabric that will keep your hands warm. Even the inside pocket is like this. Years ago women's clothing had good pockets but at some point, that stopped. Manufacturers, clearly men, assumed women always carried purses and wouldn't use pockets, but they are dead wrong on that. I got this in Navy because it looked like a unique almost jewel tone blue/green. It was totally just plain Navy color and I was a bit disappointed. Also, this is clearly not the same jacket as the one in the pictures. The zippers are plastic and not metal. As for the coat, it is very long, I am 5'7" and it hits my knees in the front and almost mid calf in the back. Very warm, though the fur is not in the arms. The hood is ok, with the fur it is almost too big, but without it is too short. One issue I had was the lining of one of the pockets, which is very thin, ripped within the first week of getting it. All in all, I like it and will use it. I'm just not sure of the durability and sad it is not the right color. ... show more

At first loved the coat. It fit perfectly (ordered xl, I'm 5'6 190lbs) , right color, and extremely warm. However this was the second coat in the matter of 3 month due to the fact the zipper kept breaking. On the first coat I thought it was me so I purchased a new coat. However, the first day I wore it, the zipper broke and split. No only that, my sister and boyfriend bought the same coat; he returned his because of the same issue while she took hers to a dry cleaner to have her zipper replaced.
