I'm 5'7" and 208lbs. I ordered my usual size and it fits well. There are two buttons on this shacket. The second button was a little tight because of my hips but it still buttoned. The shacket comes to about mid thigh level, maybe a little longer. I could layer a shirt and sweater or sweatshirt underneath this shacket. The fabric is soft and thick, good quality and warmth. This is a nice outer jacket in the fall when you need a little warmth. I like this brand, I've purchased summer dresses from this brand, really nice, well made, good buys for your money. About a year ago I bought this same jacket in 2 plaids but in size small and they were a bit too small so I returned them. THIS one is medium, fits much better over a sweather, tee etc, long enough above my knees (5'4"), in heathered navy which isn't to dark, nice color. I like this one, it's a keeper. I'm going to keep it because it will be a nice lightweight jacket/ cardigan-type outerwear. I did have that in mind when ordering. But, there really is no shape to it and it's a little big. It is machine washable so may do that at some point. I'm a L/XL (147 lbs, 5'3" & very busty) and it's big. If I wear a sweater underneath that might be ok, but the arms are a little long as well. The media could not be loaded. As soon as i took it out the bag I noticed no tag was attached. I tried it on and when I put my hand in the pocket I see the extra button in there. When I took it off to inspect the jacket because i had a feeling it was used not having the tag attached and the button tossed in the pocket, I realized that the lint i was starting to pull off was pet hair! So i fold it back up to put it back in the bag to return and noticed that the tag was tossed in there. I have ordered these coats before but this is the first time this happens. One other time a coat was just not folded neatly without the piece of tissue it has inside. But I kept it, didn't see any other issues with it. Still looked new. I will not be able to button this. It is more relaxed at the shoulders but tighter around the hips. I wish the sizing could match. I always wear a large . Don’t put buttons if you cant use them. It should be something you can wear with heavier clothing. This could have been so nice.
