This is a nice quality treadmill and works exactly as advertised. The size is perfect for under my standing desk. The belt runs smoothly and quietly. When walking, there is a little more noise but at a very low reasonable level. I had a similar product before that cost more but fried after a couple of months and did not have some of the nice features this one has. I like that you can pause it for a few minutes (E.g., to grab something quick) and don't lose your metrics (distance, time, etc.). I also wanted a treadmill that could go 5 miles per hour (many of them out there only go up to about 3.8 miles/hr). At 5, you can get a little jog in when you want to get the heart rate up more. The wheels and rolling action are smooth and make the treadmill easy to move when not in use. It was easy to unpack and use almost immediately. I say almost because it is critical to lube the belt with the provided oil prior to use (and on an ongoing basis) but that is an easy thing to do. I had some questions for the seller and I got a response within 24 hours of sending the email. Overall, this is a great product for an excellent price. I'd recommend it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. *(Note: Writing this review after 2 days of use, and will update if the walking pad starts to malfunction)* This walking pad was exactly what I was looking for! Working from home since COVID, and I really have been looking for something small that slides under furniture to hide while not using, as well as something quiet and not too narrow. The size of this is perfect and gives me plenty of walking space without taking up too much room. I included measurements in my photos as well. Other similar products seemed to be a bit more narrow than this one, which I did not want it too narrow. The remote is simple and easy to use, and I can wear it on my wrist as I walk. I honestly was expecting anything I get online at this price to be a little loud, but this product is actually pretty quiet. It seems even a little louder in the video I posted than it really is. Only downside is that it is a little bit heavy, but the wheels make it pretty easy to move around so I can’t really complain much. Overall this is money well spent for me so I can walk while in long work meetings or just while watching tv. I do classes at my local gym, but get so bored when I’m just on the treadmill or elliptical there. This is very nice to have and use in the privacy of my own home. Would recommend. ... show more

I just recently got this, so if anything changes in the future, I will update the review. SO far so good, it comes ready to use out of the box and is literally plug-in and go. It is not heavy, even though the box is marked "heavy". As for the noise, which was my biggest worry, is is whisper quiet. I have a high-tech alexa driven Transom window fan in my window, and on low, it is 3x louder than this treadmill, though that isn't counting someone running on it, but walking is very quiet also. It is a bit strange at first with no hand holds, it feels very thin and made me worry about stepping off of it on accident, but seems like an unfounded fear once I got going. The ONLY complaint I have so far is how slow the start-up speed is, I have to hit the up button for quite a while until I am at a comfortable walking stride, but it isn't that big of a deal, and I figure it is for safety, but it really does start off really slow. UPDATES: just a few quick updates, the plastic sides of treadmill, on each side of the belt are VERY slippery, I assume from lubricant getting on them. I managed to step on them slightly twice and it was like stepping on ice.. both times was while not holding onto something, which I highly suggest you use something to hold onto the first few times you use this. One other issue I noticed is that my heel does like to catch on the end caps at the back of the treadmill. None of this is bad, just things to watch out for that are part of proper positioning and getting use to the treadmill, don't do like I did and think you are going to start walking quickly while trying to use a game controller at the same time without having a high table ot something else that you can hold onto and steady yourself with ... show more

I purchased this last November and after infrequent use, the remote control stopped working. Replacement batteries did not work. The only way to control the speed of this walking pad is with the remote so this left it unusable. I contacted the company via email twice (the device stated to contact them directly if necessary) requesting a new remote and they did not get back to me. I really did not want to return this because when it worked it was good and I feel terrible about it likely sitting somewhere in a landfill but after not hearing back from the company, contacted Amazon. They were able to give me a partial refund due to the restocking fee and the amount of time it’s been. Overall, this has been a disappointment and hassle. Please buy a different walking pad. I’m also on the lookout for a new one. ... show more
