She really likes that it goes backward and forward. She says the noise doesn't keep her from hearing Peter Falk. She would like it to be a little lighter/easier to move but she likes that it stays in place while she uses it. Was a bit hesitant to buy one of these, but they do help a lot with stiffness. When you finish, your legs feel tingly, like your circulation has improved too. Down side, the electric cord is too short and on the wrong end of the machine--always in the way.

To start building myself up other than having physical therapists coming to the house I purchased this and it has helped me greatly with exercising my legs without me having to put too much effort out. I love this thing and you don't have to use any effort . They say this is great for RESTLESS LEGS. My legs drive me absolutely insane but now this machine does help alot. Use it about 20 min. a day >n the evening before you go to bed. You will be surprised.
