Screws for spring covers were not included, customer service said I need to return item instead of just sending me the screws, no big deal. But then when I tried the treadmill the incline did not work, that is a big deal! Total junk. Gave one star because you can't do a zero.

It is exactly what I was looking for, not too big or heavy with simple features. I can walk flat and the incline is electronically controlled. Well worth the price.

Quiet and the speed options are great multiple levels of incline options and nice to walk on as well I like it is smaller than most I love the handles have options to incline and speed up with out having to push console you can from the handles great quality
