I purchased this treadmill because I wanted to start training for a 5k but I do not like to run outside when it is hot. What I like about this treadmill is the fair price, that it is compact in size and that you can fold it for easy storage. I needed a treadmill that would fit in my kitchen and this one does! It was also very easy to put together and ready to use within 15 minutes. The handles allow for easy speed adjustments and it even comes with an emergency shut off safety key. The cushioning system definitely helps, especially if you are like me and new to running. Like that the treadmill doesn’t take a lot of room …liked that the delivery service men installed it. However, value for installation was overpriced. Like the safety feature. Performance is adequate. Ease of folding is 10/10. Ease of lowering is 8/10 because you have to find the point where you push in with your foot. Did not like that the time/miles/program modes do not stay on one mode. You have to wait for the modes to cycle back just to see whichever mode you want. Like that it came pre oiled. Liked that it took under an hour for men to set up and install. Like that consumer can choose whether they want services to install or not. Love the price of treadmill. Good value. Still haven’t figured out how to increase uphill but service men did indicate it has to be done manually. The person may need to utube that as the directions are minimal. ... show more

At first my machine lasted about less than a month and had some electrical issues. I messaged customer service asap and let me tell you, this is by far the FASTEST and Best, Straight To The Point customer service I have ever experienced. They responded quickly, gave me an instruction video on how I could solve my problem. Since I let them know that option didn’t work out, it only took 2 DAYS to send me a new one. I was in shock on how fast they were to keep me satisfied. The new treadmill is working perfectly fine. No complaints here. Would definitely recommend not just the treadmill, but the company overall.
