Great kitchen gadget. We purchased a smaller air fryer first and used it mainly for vegetable sides, but it was a bummer anytime we needed to use it for more than a small serving. This has been a lifesaver in the kitchen. It's so great for roasting vegetables as a side - we especially love making broccoli in it! The squared insert makes it nice for cooking up bacon too. It has a nice digital display and it's very easy to use. The basket separates making it simple to clean. One feature I really like is that the handle has a mechanism that slides out to allow you to separate the two inner pieces for easier cleaning, but you don't have to worry about it accidentally separating when in use. The tray is easy enough to get in and out and clicks into place nicely. We haven't had any issues with it and definitely would recommend it as a great budget buy that provides all the features of a bigger brand. ... show more

The unit has a large basket and an easy-to-use user interface. The range of temperature and time settings is what is to be expected for a basket-type air fryer. I bought this for my daughter as a housewarming gift for her very first apartment. She loved it. For the first three months, she was using it three or four times a week. She had a lot of fun trying different foods to see which worked best. (Hint: Leftover pizza wins!) And then the fan died after three months. Although the heating element still worked, the fan had stopped working. It was no longer a functional air fryer. I contacted Ultrean via email for warranty service. They responded quickly. We had to send a video of the unit showing how it no longer works. Once we sent the video, Ultrean responded within a day that new unit would be sent to replace the defective unit. My daughter is, once again, happily air frying. I give Ultrean high marks for their warranty service. I was afraid it would be a long, drawn-out, and frustrating process. But it was the exact opposite. I would rate the product with five stars if it had not broken after three months. But maybe that was just an anomaly in the product line. Because Ultrean replaced the defective unit promptly and easily, I still recommend this product. Sometimes it's not what went bad, but what the company does to correct what went bad. ... show more

I absolutely LOVE this airfryer. I have been so hesitant over the years but I am thoroughly impressed. So far I’ve cooked wings , salmon & asparagus in it. Do yourself a favor and purchase!!

Yep, this is a winner. The cost isn’t too high. I have used it already a couple times for chicken fries and fried for my daughter. I also made wings one night. From frozen to fried in about 20 minutes!! Amazing. This is my new best friend!

I admit that I was wary about buying this -- or any -- air fryer. But I have been nothing but thrilled with the results. First, the food comes out fantastic -- and the clean-up is quite easy. Second, it is super-easy to use. A quick 3-minute warm-up at the desired cooking temp, and then you place the food in the nice-sized basket, set the temp and time, and you-are-done! cooking times can vary slightly, I've found, but that usually has more to do with the size and weight of the item I am cooking. For example, a receipt might call for ao-minutes to cook chicken thighs, but I usually will go a little longer -- and even then some of the very large thighs might still need an extra minute or two. But the skin (if cooking chicken with the skin on) comes out really nicely browned and crispy -- and that's without breading it. I have tried the latter as well and have been really happy with this type of "fried" chicken. My wife makes 10-minute Brussels sprouts and LOVES them (I'm not a Brussels sprout fan). I have cooked flash-frozen chicken wings, as well as frozen pot stickers (came out great in only about 7 minutes cooking time!) and am getting ready to try my sister-in-law's crispy cream-cheese won tons soon. So, am I happy that I bought this? A resounding "yes"! (TIP: truthfully, the largest serving size you are going to get is about 4 pieces of chicken thighs or two large breasts -- which is great if cooking for 1 or 2. However, if you are cooking for more people, you will need to batch it out and keep the first batch warm in the oven --- or buy two air fryers) ... show more
