I cooked a flank steak on my first use and was blown away at how juicy it turned out. Few nights later at cooked marinated chicken and again was impressed with its cooking. It was easy to clean. Ive been asking myself why didn’t i make the switch earlier. Item is big so if you have a small counter space like I do in my NYC apartment you might want to go a size down. Easy to use with digital display and most of all, it cooks fast. This is my first air fryer and so far no complain. I have electric oven and some foods take 20 to 25 min to cook and still under cook some time (I don’t have patience to wait until fully preheated), but this gets hot so quick and it cooks well and cut almost 5 min of cooking time. Reduces cooking time for frozen appetizers in half. No hot kitchen after using, minimal clean up. Aside from aroma, no signs it was even used, no oil splatter. As for doing wet batter items I have not master that. Easy quick clean up, definitely healthier. Definite cuts down on utilities cost.

Do yourself a favor though and buy some paper liners, clean up will be much easier.
