I believe that these are working. We have a house fly problem at an older building, and I plugged one of these in, set at medium intensity, and it does seem like the flies have made themselves scarce. It is a nicely built and designed unit. There is a power button on the top, and you press it multiple times to cycle through Off-Low-Medium-High. There is an indicator light on the front to show what level you're set on. There is no noticeable noise on low or medium, but the high setting emits an intermittent super high pitched sound that you don't want to be in the same room with! Very nice product. ... show more

Comes in a pack of 6, they are about 3.25" x 2". I am unsure why the picture shows a rainbow color but it only has either Blue Light (lowest setting, no noise), Orange Light (mid level setting, slight noise), Red (highest, slightly irritating noise). I don't hear the Orange setting but others can hear it and also can hear the blue setting. Subtract 1 Start for the noise. It says to run it for a few weeks for it to be effective.
