I received the 2 handle black model and I love it. Easy to assemble, has good tension when I do the workouts with it. The only thing I don't like the instruction paper that came with it, because the print is to small to read the instruction or workouts, I had to do a print out from online, otherwise you need a magnifying glass to maybe see the workouts and instruction. It's too much of a hassle doing reps with this thing. It's very unstable as you clamp it together each rep. I tried it behind the head, but it doesn't even make sense to do reps like that, because it closes together on your head and you can't do a full press like that. I tried using it for biceps, but couldn't figure out how to make that work. All in all, it's most likely getting returned. It does work your muscles, and I have it sitting next to where I sit all the time, and I do use it like maybe once a day if I think about it, but overall, I don't like the rainbow shaped grips, it makes this hard to hold while doing reps. Currently searching for something better right now, so far I'm not impressed with the workout gear I'm finding on Amazon, everything I use from here is just as gimmicky as this workout item. ... show more
