I bought this used. Came with no cables, pulleys, hardware, weight plates, and a lot more missing. Had to ship back and wait for a refund. If you buy a weight machine get new or buy an already assembled one locally. I ended up buying a Marcy machine. Happy with that.

The media could not be loaded. easy assembly (about 2.5-3 hours) seems like very well built machine other than whats in the video where #30 and #31 go into #27, seems like alot of slop, almost like its missing a bushing? other than that would have been 5 stars.

I bought the 750. When I got it, I found that the bench seat was missing. I emailed the company and got an automated answer which I guess is considered meeting the reply before reporting to Amazon requirement. The response was basically, we are busy now so there will be a delay in a real response. Looked for a phone number for the company, there is none. I finally got a response that said I bought from Amazon/Walmart (which I didn’t) and the company was sure if I contact them directly I could return and get a refund. Contacted Amazon and they said they couldn’t replace parts so if I just return the 350 lb gym I could get a refund. At 67 years old taking the gym apart, out of my basement, and trying to get it shipped is not an option for me. So if a part breaks or tears you can’t get parts for it? If I knew this from the start, I would have purchased a gym from a real company that has a real customer service. I guess the old adage “you get what you pay for” rings true.
