  • Great product
Great product, same level quality as rogue. I gave it a 4 star for sturdniess over 5, because the product needs a weight in the front to counter the weight in the front, it even has a place to add the weight. This was not an issue for me, I have a weight set and put a 35 pound on to help weigh it down and make it more sturdy. ... show more

  • A decent choice for the price range.
I typically do not do reviews, but in this case I feel that I should since I was not able to find a review anywhere online for this GHD. That being said, I took a pretty big risk purchasing it with no feedback on it, so I hope this review helps someone out who is contemplating purchasing this particular GHD. I have only had it a couple of days now, and so far I have put it together and only slightly tested it. I have not done a complete workout or anything like that on it. I have only tried a few different exercises just to get a bit of a feel for it. Ill start off with the packaging. All in all it was pretty good. It comes in 2 boxes, so you are not too overburdened with trying to move one really heavy one. All of the parts were neatly wrapped in bubble wrap and well protected. All of the pieces were in tact and in good shape. The bolts were nicely packaged and well labeled for easy identification, which is a huge bonus in my book! The directions were decent I would say. They got the job done, but certain parts were a little hard to see exactly what they were getting at as far as construction. As far as overall quality I give it 4 stars. At $450 I think it is in the right ball park. All other GHDs around this quality are $300 - $550. So for $450 I think it is a pretty good deal for what you get. It does use thinner gauge steel in certain places, but where you would need thicker build quality this GHD has it. I do believe it will last me many years of use without giving me problems. If I were to pin point where it may be an issue at some point, I would say it might be at the pull pins where it locks the foot holder in place. They are your typical pull pin that you also screw down to tighten the moving parts. The thing that worries me is the plastic that is used for these. It is thick plastic, but I am unsure if it is good quality plastic, and under heavy repeated use it may give out sooner than desired. Time will tell. Another worry I have is adjustment. I am pretty new to GHDs, so I need to learn how to properly use them. I am 5'9 inches tall and I have it on the closest setting to get me to the pad. I may not be exactly in the correct position that I need to be in, but it does feel correct for my height. So if you are shorter than I am, this particular GHD may not be the best choice for you. Again, I will need to have some time to use this GHD and get a much better overall feel for the machine. I will update my review after a month or so of use. I will attach some pictures of what to expect from shipment and set up. 6/14/17 update. I have now had a decent amount of time with this machine. To keep this short, overall I would say this is a good purchase. I would bet that Titan Fitness may have the better deal with their GHD, but since I have not tested that particular one, I cannot say for sure. For under $450 though, this machine does the trick. I am confident that it will last me many years before I will need to get replacement parts, or a whole other machine entirely. ... show more

For the price you can’t beat it . Had to drill some extra holes but not complaining. Very strong and rolls around easy. You can spend 800 for a rogue that is the same thing. But do what ya want.

  • pretty good for the price
pretty good for the price. the weight holder makes it stable. heavy duty foot plate. assembly by myself took a little over an hour. only downsides in my opinion is that the knee pad sits about 4" lower than most others GHD machines. This means when using others you have to extend further down on situps then what you are used too with this one. And the sliding assembly for the footplate/ankle hooks is a little flimsy but so far after a few weeks of almost daily use it has held. ... show more
