    • Diaphragm that was in the machine was bad
Item was not working at first couldn’t figure it out and then the diaphragm was distorted and it wouldn’t work so it’s a good thing they sent me a spare cause it’s working good now

    • Don't waste your money
This vacuum worked good for about 2 weeks. Now I can't get it to continue clicking and moving. I've disassembled it and adjusted the suction and it only clicks for a minute or so and then stops and doesn't move. Totally worthless product. I think the problem is the rubber diaphragm. I've never seen one like this before and I can't imagine a flexible piece of rubber lasting. I'll be purchasing the kind that has the hard flapper than moves back and forth on a hinge next time. ... show more

    • overall a good product with limitations when it comes to getting around the steps
nicely designed and easy to install. Works very well except for one consistent problem as it gets stuck at the steps at the pool entry and no matter how the hose length is set, it will still get stuck. I don't see any other adjustments that could eliminate this problem

Priced just right. The vacuum has not let me down. It does not get stuck and maintains the pool nicely along the pool technician. Recommend the product without reservations.

    • So Sensitive and Keep stop working
It was great initially, but even then with a little small debris at the bottom of the pool, it would stop working. After that, for some reason, it stopped working and I had to check everything that might have continued working The main benefit was not making sound

    • Works great! Easy assembly.
Literally took about 7 minutes to assemble. Only took that long because I wasn't sure how far to push the wheel on. Didn't want to break it. FYI, all the way until it snaps hard. Farther than you might think. It should spin but not be loose and floppy. Attached it to my existing hose, and off it went. Hasn't gotten stuck. But, I didn't need to use the tubing that came with it, so I can't speak to that. It does seem a bit too stiff. ... show more

It worked extremely well the first couple of months. Then it started getting stuck all the time. By Sept. of this year 2024 it had completely stopped working. You would expect that a pool cleaner that doesn't have a lot of parts would work a few years. I have replaced the diaphram several times but around Labor Day in Sept. it just quit working. Nothing stuck in it we took it apart & found that the plastic neck was cracked & had separated. ... show more
