I have no complaints about the steamer itself. It is easy to use and has made cleaning my home much easier. I like the variety of attachments, however I wish I had thought to look at where to buy replacement brushes. the small nylon brushes were the right size for a particular job I had to do. by the time I was finished the brushes were very worn down. I contacted the seller who stated that they do not sell accessories separately. I have tried ordering replacement brushes from at least four other sellers and so far none of them fit on this steamer. ... show more

Was happy at first, worked great, 3rd time I used it, one of the attachments broke, 4th time using it, the 2 extension pieces broke and I can't find replacement parts or any contact for manufacturing. That throws a red flag for me.
