Used it twice. First time was a test to see if it worked. Second time it lifted car about 70% of the way and then just stopped working. Luck I was home and not out on the road in the middle of nowhere. I had to get my jack to lift car to remove the piece of junk. Waste of money. Wish I could get my money back. Edit: After contact with Customer Service, I have to admit that they did a wonderful job of resolving my disappointment with the merchandise.
