It’s a good pillow. It’s done far better than others I’ve tried. I sleep on my side and then I move to my back when my hips hurt too much, so I need a pillow that can support my neck in both of these positions. This one isn’t perfect but it’s serviceable for that purpose. I feel like it's better for side sleeping and just okay for back sleeping. Still, it's been a lot better for back sleeping than many other pillows, so I'll take it. Its dimensions are a little smaller than a queen-sized pillow. It seems to be stuffed generously with shredded memory foam, giving it a slightly lumpy feel over time as the stuffing shifts around, and in this way you can "adjust" the thickness of the pillow. I’ve been sleeping with this pillow for about a week or so now to test it before writing this review, and I noticed I can move from my side to my back without suffering terrible neck pain the way that would happen with other pillows. I can’t speak to the advertised “soft side/cool side,” however; both sides of the pillow seem about the same to me, but it hasn't been noticeably warm so I suppose there may be something to the cooling aspect. When I unpacked the pillow, it was vacuum sealed in a bag and I let it air out and expand for about a day. I did not notice any odors or unpleasant chemical smells, the way I did with my memory foam mattress topper, for example. Although the pillow cases I have are for queen-sized pillows, I still use one for this pillow and just pull the excess material under and to the back. ... show more

This pillow came in a suspiciously small package, but inflated quickly once the packaging was removed. I’ve been sleeping with this pillow for a little over a week now, and I have to say, I do like it. It isn’t perfect though. What caught me off guard is that it feels like scraps of memory foam inside, rather than a pillow shaped piece of foam. So it does get a bit lumpy, and you have to reshape it a bit. This pillow definitely fits the need for a comfortable memory foam pillow. The price is a little expensive but the material feels high quality and the overall feels is really good. It's also not a huge pillow which isnt bad since some memory foam pillows can get to be too big. I think this product is worth a look if your looking for a comfortable pillow. ... show more

This pillow is sort of odd. The size is not standard and it swims around inside normal pillowcases. The filling is really lumpy, like there are big chunks of foam inside. I like the density of it and it's relatively comfortable though.
