After a lot of searching and digging we finally found this treadmill, after reading through all of the details and other customer reviews we decided to go ahead and purchase this one. It was bought for my mother who is getting up there in years and starting to have issues with mobility, so to be able to have something that she can use inside during inclement weather or when its just too hot/cold out to go outside. So far since receiving this treadmill and assembling it both my mother and myself have used it extensively. I personally am very please3d with the overall quality and ease of which this unit can be setup and used. It folds up into a near flat profile that allows it to be put up into a corner against the wall and takes up nearly little to no floor space. We both love the fact that the console/work surface is completely height adjustable and can be done with ease. I am able to adjust the console height with the flip of 2 lever locks and set it to the height that I need for it to be, and my mom can drop it down to her height just as easily. The treadmill runs near silent when operating so that it can/could be used at any time of the day or night without disturbing the entire household. Its easy to use, the controls and functions are easy to access, no layers of buttons and options to dig through just to get to a setting that you want to change or use. The media could not be loaded. The treadmill was fairly easy to assemble. All you need to do is put on the 6 screws and the "safety key" and it will be ready to use. My son and I use it daily to stay active. It operates quite smoothly, although it does make some noise as it increases in speed. It is a great fit for my backyard deck, being smaller than a gym treadmill and easily foldable without taking up too much space. You can also choose the speed you desire, with accuracy up to 0.1. The console is also fantastic, with a designated spot for your water bottle and a space for your phone or tablet. I like it so much. ... show more

Received about a week after I ordered it, was very simple to set up and ready for use. The one I received had an issue with the motor (a bolt came loose during shipping which then lodged in the motor “fan”). Reached out to seller and provided pictures of the issue. They were very responsive and sent a replacement motor the next day and received on the second day! Installed new motor with no issues and now it runs perfectly! The treadmill itself runs very quiet but when you start walking on it you do get noise from the pressure of your feet pressing the belt against the deck. Definitely not a deal breaker. Used it a few times already and very easy to use, holds my laptop with room left for phone and drink. Love the adjustable table! Folds up nice and has a hydraulic arm for smooth release and doesn’t slam. I wouldn’t consider this for someone who wants to use it as a daily runner, but for a daily walk/occasional run it’s perfect. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It is loud at 2 and it gets louder once u start increasing your speed to 4-5. When i request a refund, the seller issues no label. I have to call Amazon 3 times to officially start a claim. Hopefully, I will get my money back soon!!!🙏🙏🙏
