I was skeptical to purchase this cause so many treadmills with good prices these days are small. I am replacing a pro form treadmill I have had for 20 years and just doesn’t work well anymore. So first off this treadmill is compact but plenty of room to walk at a fast stride and also jog. ( I’m 5 ft.) the computer is very easy to use and has good functions. It is very quiet and even jogging seems to have good support. I love how the base is on hydraulics and comes down easy. The one thing I don’t like and is very minuscule but the speakers that connect your music to the treadmill are very bad. The sound is pretty ancient. I wish they had put better speakers in but it still is a great concept so you don’t need headphones. Very happy with the purchase. ... show more

We are loving this treadmill. It doesn't take up too much space, but there's plenty of space to walk comfortably. My daughter runs on this treadmill and loves it. The little bit of assembly wasn't too bad. I love the built in Bluetooth speaker and that the motor is quiet. It's not very tall which I also love. Perfect for watching TV while you walk. Mine just came today after Fedex delayed it for a week, but that's not on them. Fedex put 2 huge holes in the box, but this treadmill was greatly packaged, so it was unharmed. Set up was easy; the hardest part was getting it out of the box in a tight space. After that, it was just a few screws and ready to go in under 10 minutes. I've done 5 miles on it so far today at different speeds and inclines, and I haven't had any issues. I'm only 5'5, and this is the perfect size for me; the bars are just perfect, and it doesn't take up a lot of space when put in vertical form when not in use. Its fun just ninja kicking the bar; the manual actually says to kick it, and it will slowly let the treadmill down to the ground every time. Great value. One more note: I noticed some reviews saying it doesn't have wheels; it does have 2 wheels already installed; they are hard to see, and you do have to lower the treadmill pretty far down to use them, but they do work fine. ... show more

The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their "5 step" approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen. After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund. Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her. I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including "great customer service"). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their "3rd party sellers" & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal. BUYER BEWARE I advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things ... show more

I was looking forward to receiving and using this treadmill. To start off, it was fairly easy to put together (about 30 minutes once unpacked). The product is fairly sturdy and the speed is as expected, but unfortunately the incline was not. The description states it goes to a 12% incline and it’s not a true 12%. I have used many different treadmills (at home and the gym) and the max incline at 12% is more like a true 3% so this was extremely disappointing considering this was the main thing I was looking for when purchasing a treadmill with an incline and opted to pay a little more because of this. Save your money and get a less expensive treadmill with a manual 3-5% incline if that’s what you are seeking. ... show more
