Love the trampoline so much. It is so safe, my children have not gotten hurt on it. Bought it as a birthday present for my son's birthday party. It was a huge hit. Other parents felt safe with their children on it as well. Kids esp loved the sprinklers! My only disappointment was that I did not receive the anti grip socks in the package. We've been very pleased with the trampoline. It's very sturdy, has a heavy weight limit, and the kids love it. During a recent storm, it picked up the trampoline and put it in our neighbors yard. It had bent poles and some missing parts. I thought we were going to have to buy a new one but after contacting the company, they just sent me the parts needed to fix it. And they wouldn't let me pay for the parts or shipping. Which actually happened twice because I didn't give them the proper list needed the first time around.
