The media could not be loaded. Good value for price. I just try to find something for a couple trainings in the months and it’s actually good better quality than I expected filled it with some sort of soil, mixed with sand, got it from a Home Depot for like 3-4 bucks for bag.

This is solid, heavy duty boxing equipment. Well made, and reinforced to last! We filled the punching bag with old moving blankets and sand to arrive at 40 pounds to start.
