Great in theory, but it’s timely to assemble if you need to adjust the weight for different workouts. It’s also very bulky so it’s difficult to do most leg exercise like hip thrusts, donkey kicks or weighted leg raises.

After having the 90lb set for slightly over a money the barbell extension broke while working out. Luckily I had my husband there spotting me or I could have seriously been injured! When contacting the sellers they acted as if the had no idea what piece I was talking about. Finally said they would send me a replacement piece and then never did!
