I bought this toy for my grandson, nice, and nephew all 3 are under 2 years old. Its a great gift however I make sure the child is on my lap, in the highchair or outside in a big area where it can move freeely..In a long hall way works to. Its NOT meant to be pushed around most kids under 2 want to push it..They had a blast learning that they are making the care move by pushing the buttons.
