I bought this scooter about 6 months ago. I ride it everywhere. I can get 30-40 miles on it by always keeping it at 15 mph. It takes a little tinkering to keep the scooter tight. Make sure you have the right air pressure in the tires, check the brake fluid every week or so. This thing isn't a toy. You have to treat it like any other vehicle. I love it! ... show more

Got this to ride along with grandkids this thing is solid hd I’m 245 no problem got plenty power n speed well built !! Smooth ride can keep up and pass up these skinny kids n there light weight scooters and do some showboating!! Nothing mucky mouse about this ride well built n solid smooth ride got big shock absorbers too!..........had it a year now still runs great! no issues except people wanting to borrow it. Dont buy!!!!!!!!!!!! It worked for 4 months then one day the throttle stopped working , the brakets holding led light broke , the crazy part of the story is , you would think the Insurance would cover it being the product was so new . Ive been declined from the manufacturer and was told I had to file a claim with the insurance company so I did i was rejected twice and was told it has a 1 year manufacturer warranty to contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon they at this point they have declined my claim 3 times . So at this point I am out of over a $1000.00 for a cheaply made scooter that worked for 4 months . And mind you I gave a brief summary but the first claim was made October 22nd today is November 18th and I just received the decline once again Amazon says its a 3rd party and they want nothing to do with it but yet they sell there product on there site. I came to relize why these are cheaper then the ones local ,the local ones you can get repaired hassle-free this ,once it stops working you're stuck with it insurance or not . Word to the wise buy local spend that extra money. I Will not be using Amazon anymore and its sad because I use frequently. ... show more

My daughter and I absolutely love it! I wanted her to get over bike fear, so I bought this scooter so she can ride with me in the back. The best purchase ever! Came in charged already, very simple to operate. It will be my daughter's mode of transportation in high school until she gets a car.

    • Can not climb hills.
Although on level ground this scooter is awesome. I live in a hill city and the unit is unusable. It does not climb hills. The fuse trips every single time. If you live on a hill, you might want to get a more powered version. Even after I changed the breaker, the motor controller burned out. So I replaced that controller to a 2000 W with no luck. I love this scooter I use it to go up to the race track as my friend races at Kankakee speedway. I have bad knees so the scooter really helps me do what I love to do

I love the scooter. Trying to get it insured, only has 12 digit VIN. You need 17 digits. Trying to get A RESPONSE from the manufacturer! So far no help, and their support website is down. Otherwise a fabulous ride. Brakes will need draining.
