We like the enclosed mantle and the black finish. The mounting system is very efficient and sturdy. The screen display on the front is a bit difficult to see because I only mounted it 12 inches above the floor. I was able to tuck most of the power cable under the unit but the 90 degree plug on the end caused a small issue at the wall plate. Beautiful craftsmanship. It was a little bit of an inconvenience with the delivery. I was notified that it would be delivered by a semi-truck and that I had to schedule a delivery. That would have been fine, but I live in a very wooded area and have a driveway that is inaccessible to a semi-truck. I had to drive to a facility and pick it up myself, and it was definitely a challenge fitting it into my personal vehicle. Ended up having to take it out of the box to fit it, but we made it work. That being said, I love the wrap around look of the design. It’s one of the only fireplaces I found on the market that looks nice from all angles, even when mounted on the wall and not “in” the wall. Though the blower isn’t super powerful, it does take the edge off our chilly bedroom. The glass cubes and logs are separate, and come uninstalled from the main machine, which means an extra step in set up, but it’s nice that you can arrange it to your personal tastes. The machine isn’t super loud, but does make a fan sound when the heater is on. A soft sound can also be heard from mine when I turn on just the lights. Fireplace was selected because it matched our tv base. I also had pocket doors behind and could not use flush mount. Fairly easy to mount. Hooked up to Alexa no problem once the Tuya app was set up. We used our own stick for decoration but glass media was good and enough to cover the bottom. Colors are good and remote works also. Heater works and is quiet. I hard wired into outlet behind the unit. There is nowhere to hide excess wire behind the unit so we had to run it close to the outside bottom. Can't see it but had to get creative. This is a beautiful wall mounted fireplace. We especially love the wrap around glass so there is no gap between the wall and fireplace. It delivers a good amount of heat too!. You don't need to have the heat on to enjoy the flame. It runs quiet and with different light and flame settings. It was easy to put together but more difficult to install the mounting plate then the video shown as we were not able to attach to any studs' so we used larger molly screws to be sure it was attached securely. It was easy to put together otherwise, I highly recommend you watch the video. Very well made and we just love it. It's on everyday. ... show more

My bf and I absolutely love the look of this fireplace, It's very sleek and has a modern design to it, just what we where looking for. This unit is very well built, came in one solid piece and was very easy to install. To install, there is a single long bracket on the back of the unit, held in by 4 screws when it arrives. You take the 4 screws out, detach it from the unit, place the bracket where you want it to go on the wall ( make sure its level), there are 6 longer screws and 6 drywall screw in anchors, screw the bracket to the wall and hang the unit on the bracket (you're finished). It took us about 20 minutes to install, and it for sure takes two people to install this unit, so make sure you have an extra set of hands around when it arrives to you. We give the realistic flames a 4-5 out of 10, as they do look very nice and the colors of the flames are gorgeous, but the realistic illusion felling of the flames being real, are not quite as good as we where hoping for and dont fell real at all to the eye. That being said, it's still worth the buy in our opinion. We love the ( acrylic) glass rocks and fake logs, they go very well with the unit and do not feel cheap or look cheap. The heating element works great, we live in Florida, so it will only get used a couple of days out of the year, but from the 10 minutes I had it on last night, it blows out pretty far and heats up quickly. Do we recommend this unit to others? Absolutely!!! If you are in the market for a modern look and a well built unit that blows heat out of the front of the unit, instead of the top or bottom, look no further. We are so satisfied with this purchase, that we are going to purchase a second one for our daughters bedroom. Update: we bought the one for our daughters room (second photo), we still stand by our previous review writen above. This fireplace is absolutely gorgeous, and we love them!
