  • Space saving problem solver!
I finally got around to installing this in the garage, and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Our higher end mountain bikes have had to live out in the shed and didn't get used enough because they were a hassle to get out. With these racks the bikes now live right be the garage door where we can grab them quick and easy, and I can still get around my parked car while they're hanging. I love these racks. They were easy to install, just find a stud, drill a pilot hole, and bolt to the wall. I know it was easy, because I got to do it twice. lol. Here's a tip for other absent minded guys like me. Hang the rack high enough so the handlebars of the bike are overhead when moved against the wall. I didn't think of that the first time, and got a nice bruise on the ribs to teach me common sense. Buy as many of these as you have bikes. You'll love them too. They are heavy duty, and the concept is awesome in practice. I can't wait for better weather now, because my bike is right where I can grab it and go. Great product! ... show more

  • There will be some lifting
They feel SUPER solid and well made. They’re sleek and save some storage space of your bikes - critical when you have a single car sized garage, like me. They work as expected, with a spring activated hinge making the movements smooth and predictable. My only grip is: this device won’t eliminate 100% of the lift necessary to hang the bike - still way much better than to hang it upside down on the ceiling, but still some minimal effort going from floor to hanger. Also, as the bike using this support have mudguards, you have to account that and fix the top hanger a bit higher, so the weight sits on the support, not on the mudguard (see photos) Also these are super easy to install, if you follow the instructions on the included leaflet ... show more

  • TORACK has done it again! Heavy duty and well made, I'm a fan
This is my 4th TORACK organization item that I have ordered. I cannot sing the praises of the quality of their products. These bike racks are really well made, well thought out - especially the swing/swivel, and just solid! I have an unfinished storage shed so I just installed these straight into studs. Please do remember to pre-drill to keep the wood from splitting. These are really easy to install and I recommend that you put the tops in first, then use your bike to make sure you're putting the bottom piece at the right distance from the top to hold your bottom wheel. If you plan on hanging then swinging them to the side to save space, you really should use the bottom piece to keep the bike from free swinging since it will hold the bottom wheel steady. Another plus is the hook is long enough so that you're not having a battle with your rim to hook or take down your bike. I used to have a 2x4 piece of wood with a bunch of rubber coated hooks on it and despite installing the largest hooks I struggled to put up and remove the bikes because the hooks just weren't designed to go through a wheel, I hated it so I switched to floor racks. I am really happy with the quality, the design and with how much space I am saving. I may need to order another set. ... show more

  • Awesome bike rack to save space in your garage
These bike racks/holders are great for smaller garages to save space. They are very easy to put up on your wall and they easily hold the weight of a large bike or ebike. They make it really easy to put your bike up too. I would definitely recommend for anybody with a small garage or that just wants to save as much space as possible. ... show more

  • Heavy Duty
We mounted two bikes to storage shelves in our garage. Assembly and mounted are very easy; this took me less than a half hour. The top bracket comes as two pieces: the base to mount and the hook that attaches to the base with 4 screws. The base is mounted to the surface using two large lag bolts. You will need to pre-drill the holes, and make sure you mount into a stud - on center! I mounted direct to wood, so this was no issue. Mount the bases first with the lags, and then add the hook with 4 screws. The rear tire piece is plastic and attaches with two small screws. This piece isn't technically required, but it does help hold the bike where you want it. It has an odd shape, but that will make sense if you have the bike swiveled all the way to one side. Overall we are very happy with these especially because they swivel out of the way when needed. The only reason the bikes hadn't been mounted was was because we didn't want to block anything. This is a perfect solution, and they feel very heavy duty. ... show more

  • Secure mount
This is a wall mount for a bicycle. The bike is easy to load onto the mounts. The bike can then be swiveled out of the way, so if space is limited that is very desirable. The mount seems sturdy. It will definitely support a regular bike but I think a heavy ebike would be questionable. Install was easy. I used my own Torx head screws and used an electric scredriver to screw mount them on the wall studs in seconds. You wouldn't be able to use an electric screwdriver with the screws that they provide. Seems to work fine and will save some space. ... show more

  • New but Mounting base has paint chipped off and feels like will chip more
The mounting base and hanger plate feel sturdy. It takes some pressure to pull down on the base so that can unlock and swivel bike. First thing I noticed is that right out of the box one of the mounting bases has several chips in the paint - and I won’t be surprised if it continues to chip as the rack gets used. The screws that hold the hanger plate to the mounting base are quite small - I would have thought they’d be bigger to hold up to the weight of bike. The instructions aren’t great. ... show more

  • Space saver
After years of having the family bikes on the floor of the garage, I used this wall mount rack to finally get them up on the wall. The swivel and lock design is very nice and convenient for flexibility and greater saving of space than your traditional wall racks. I also find them easier to use than the type that hangs from the ceiling. I'll be getting an additional rack for the other two bikes. I did find the hardware a bit lacking in quality, so used my own and will do so with the other rack as well. ... show more
