Needed a rack for the front bedroom/home office. I thought this would fit nicely. Took me about 20 minutes to put it together and install it. Once I got it in and put the bikes on it, I said to my brother: "That's never going to stay up". But, three months installed, a few hundred times taking the bikes on and off and it hasn't budged. Heavy spring-loaded top piece pushes against the ceiling for a solid mount. I have only one bike on it now but it could easily support the weight of two. My only suggestion is to replace the M5 screws that hold the arms to the pole. They are cheap, soft metal and the heads would strip out quickly if you need to re-adjust the arms. I went to a local hardware store and bought 8 stainless M5 allen heads for about 3 bucks. They will hold up much better. ... show more

Like other Feedback Sports products, this one is well engineered and constructed. Simple, quick setup. Not really fault of product but I do have issues with full suspension MTB, which leaves no option but to rest on shock. All in all, best vertical Bike hanger on market.

Needs a slip protection when used on hardwood floor. I put down double sided tape for piece of mind. Has held 2 road bikes up for couple months now.

Holds our two bikes securely. Simple enough to assemble and adjust. Clean and unobtrusive design - if desired, you can orient the pole such that the "Feedback" logo faces toward the wall. We recently experienced a magnitude 4.4 earthquake, and the bike rack held firm.
