Easy enough to assemble, got a new "gravel" bike with 28s and needed something to keep it vertical in the garage or basement and hold it while I clean. Works great, the top part has a moveable sliding piece that you simply slide down to the tire and it seems like a solid fit, I'm not worried about this at all it's very stable. The bottom "socket" for the tire has a thin cut for a thinner tire and a wider depression for a classic mountain bike tire, My 28 fits into the smaller notch just fine. If you have in between sizes I suppose it may rest on the wider portion and I don't think that would be a problem, does make me wonder why they bothered to put the notch in, I'm not sure it was necessary, but in any case I don't think it would be problem for other size tires, its working great for me totally happy with it. ... show more

Very sturdy and well made stand, easy to assemble, Allen wrench provided and all bolts are the same size. Holds my 29” Kona Honzo perfectly, fits the tires like a glove and is really stable. Thoroughly recommend this.

Easy assembly instructions. It currently is holding my mountain bike in place, which has flat tires at the moment. You need to adjust a bar so it holds in place better, and it's an easy button to slide up or down. Light weight and folds up. I was a bit worried about this stand being too cheap or flimsy because of its price, I was wrong. This stand works great! Lightweight and easy to move around, but it doesn't really fold up unless you take it apart, which isn't difficult if you really want to. Holds my Specia!ized Sirrus or my friend's Tarmac road bike no problem. I use it indoors or in protected areas outside, I'm not sure I'd trust it, or any other stand for that matter, on a very windy day.
