When I originally purchased these blinds, they emailed to confirm the measurements and of course, I confirmed but was wrong. When they were sent to me all the way from China, they didn’t fit which was 100% my mistake! I wrote the company and asked if I could return, they politely asked me to keep the ones I have as it is expensive to return and offered to send me new custom ones with instructions on how to move the motor. The customer service was top notch. They contacted me every second of the way. I don't like reaching out and also was nervous about the install but they made it very easy and was overly willing to help. Just received the two blinds that we ordered. They are well made, easy to install and super easy to use. We previously had motorized blinds that had battery packs that were super inconvenient. These have a mini USB charging port hidden in the valance that you run the extra long cord (included) to for charging. So easy! We definitely recommend these blinds! ... show more

The first blind I received was smashed in shipping and the supplier replaced it quickly. It was easy to install. The remote takes some doing to program as the instructions don’t translate very well. Once it works, it’s so nice to just press a button to open or close it. I’ve had it for 2 months and it’s still working on the original charge. So I have known of these sort of motorized blinds for a while, but, due to the cost and the shape of my window, I always ignored them. But, after exploring all of the reasonable options that did not pan out, I finally decided that I will give them a try. I came across this blind, along with many others, but their price was the lowest of all, and the accessories were also more on the reasonable side than the others. Some other brands were charging me up to 100 bucks more for the exact same thing. The material used for the blind is pretty good, and does not seem to be made out of cheap vinyl. But time will tell how long it will last, and the motor is my main concern than anything to give up on me, but so far I am pretty happy with the product. Talking about the motor, it is a bit on the louder side, but it does not bother me, since I installed this in my living room. Perhaps in the bedroom installation, the motor noise will be an issue. The quality of remote is also pretty good, and feels like it will not just fall apart under normal use. The purchase process was also very straight forward. I placed the order, they got back to me the next day confirming the measurements, in less than 10 days, it was delivered to me at my door steps. Could not ask for more. This particular brand is shipped from Hong Kong, if that matters to anyone, it didn't to me though. All in all, I think I made a pretty good purchase. The local blind shop was charging me upwards of $1200 for a similar product, I got it for 1/3rd of the price delivered to me. Took me a day to get it installed, since it was 18 feet up from the floor, and I was working by myself. The measurements I provided were 100% accurately transferred on to the blind itself. I was a bit worried that it may be off, but they got it right to the 1/10th of an inch. Very happy with the service, and the product. I have been blown away by the customer service of Tokblind. I was hesitant to purchase but so glad I did. After my purchase, they emailed to confirm the dimensions and the blind was custom made and at my door in a couple of weeks. A few days later they contact me to ensure everything was ok. The shade was beautiful and fit like a glove! I was having some trouble setting up the hub and they quickly responded with help videos. (Still was confusing but I got it figured out, tip: the hub sets up to the remote, not the blind itself) honestly, give this company a try if you need blinds that can be smart blinds without the huge price tag ... show more
