Not nearly as difficult to assemble as some have suggested however the packaging could have been better some brackets were bent and had to be bent back into place to fit together. Needs to be adjusted to be a 45 degree angle machine present angle is in the lower 30 degree range and the weight feels extremely light just fine for basic home gyms but don't expect to do heavyweight with this. Been using this for about a little over 2 months now and I love it. Definitely worth the price and set up was relatively easy. If you are looking for an at home squat machine that doesn't take up alot of space you can't go wrong.

I ordered this because I want to work my legs better but I have had several abdominal/back surgery's and can't overwork my core. It was literally the cheapest squatting machine I could find that didn't require too much lower back movement. It works great but took some time for me to assemble by myself. It is definitely worth the price if you want to be easy on your back. So far I haven't been disappointed. If you don't already own Olympic style weights (2 inch hole vs 1 inch hole) you will have to purchase additional weights. ... show more
