I got this ~ a month ago and have been using it 1-2x/week since. This bar is sturdy, has a good grip, and works as good as any I've used before. Packaging was very secure and the bar came un-scratched or dented. Would absolutely recommend - Best one you can get for the price!

This will dramatically increase your conventional Deadlift. Even if you don't go back to conventional, this hex bar is very versatile. A definite win!

    • Rough handles, but good
Great quality bar. Very solid. Ive used with 405lbs, multiple times, with no ussues. The only so-so thing is the handles. The knarls on them are pretty rough and will cut into your hands. I just push thru, but it will be an issue for some.

There are cheaper versions available on amazon but I spent just a little more to go with a more well known brand to ensure quality and fitting. Even so the price is very good. The bar itself is around 45 lbs and does exactly what its supposed to. Its a great build, the knurling is grippy, I have a rogue pull up bar mounted high on a wall opening and a dip stand, now I have this for legs/deadlifts and more. No regrets with this purchase, the workout/movement is also excellent. ... show more
