First, this is an astonishing classy looking safe. If you're not having visions of Tony Montana while you're using it there's something wrong with you. A short Google search will produce the surprising result that this company, tiger King, is actually a huge safe manufacturing company in China that also makes the large Kodiak safes for rhino metals and several other companies. Some reviews say that the metal walls are thin, I don't see that. They are not half inch thick armor plate of course you don't get that for this price but it's going to take some reasonable effort to get through this. The pros: solid construction thick metal door, solid walls, smooth opening and flawless functioning for over the year I've owned it. Keypad alarm works when you have the wrong code entered too often or atempt to move the safe when unauthorized. Cons: nothing short of some cosmetic items well within the reason at this price. The liner is a little roughly put in. Although it does look pretty stylish. The upper internal lock box is protected by a thin plastic door I'm not really sure why they even bother to having a lock on it I think you can pop it out with a spoon. I've debated welding something on instead. But that suddenly sounded like effort. The safe door needed to be adjusted slightly up it was rubbing gently on the base. Two screws fix it really quickly Overall it's an exceptionally a good safe for the price. I wish they made one in a full size stand up in this color. This safe is nice. It’s very spacious for its size. It pretty solid. It’s won’t stop someone from getting in it but it will definitely slow them down from breaking into it for sure! My only concern is the safe door handle that opens safe door. Seems really cheap and if broken idk if it will be easy to get in safe. Other than that I do like the safe but gets 4 stars for handle. ... show more

I'm quite happy with my purchase. The bronze color is handsome, and the buttons and hardware are a rose gold color. It blends in to the decor without being either unsightly or obtrusive. It's quite heavy and sturdy, and the internal storage space is functional. There is even an interior compartment that requires a separate key. The instructions to set up the passcode are easy to understand. The one downside is that a key is always required to open the safe, even with the combination.     • This safe is so nice.
This is the 10th Tigerking safe model I have bought this year for the purpose of reviewing, and I must say, Tigerking did not disappoint. As a person who has purchased over 100 safes, spanning a decade, I know my safes. I grade safes on 4 points. Security, functionality, value and aesthetics. No need to spend a lot of time on aesthetics. This is a really good looking safe. As far as functionality is cocerned, this electronic safe is so easy to set up and use. Follow the instructions, and you should be up and running in 10 minutes. Last but not least, the security ofthe safe is solid. This safe won't be easy to compromise. It can also be bolted down to the wall and floor. The thing I like most is that it has a built in safe deposit box. Tigerking is excellent about adding extra compartments to their safes, which is excellent for multiple access. A key and combination are both required to unlock this safe, and the locking compartment inside has its own key. Last but not least, I want to speak on the value of this safe. Bolt this down, and you have yourself a home safe deposit box. Just a few years of the cost of renting a safe deposit box at your local bank, and you can own this safe. This safe is an excellent value, exhibiting exellent quality and functionality and aesthetically pleasing. I rate this safe 5 out of 5 stars. ... show more

Solid safe. I thought I could open it with just the keypad but it requires the keypad entry AND the physical key. That's ok, more security is better, it just takes a bit longer to get in but I don't keep my "at the ready" gun in here anyway, it stores my other handguns. I like that there are so many options to open this safe, with or without power, the added case that provides battery power if the batteries in the safe go out, etc. I know I can get in here no matter what, as long as the physical latch works well. And so far it does. It's easy to set up and use and looks good in the room. I like the small locking compartment inside although it feels a little cheap, that's not what I bought the safe for in the first place so I am ok with it.
