    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this item!!! Recently moved to a new house with lots of trees in backyard. Constant falling branches. Knew I would need more than just pruning shears to manage the trees. Purchased mini chainsaw from a name-brand company that is well known for their power tools. Hugely disappointed!!! It arrived unassembled with only a vague paragraph for instructions. I've never even touched a Saw, so didn't know where to begin. Tried to pull up instructions on YouTube. In doing so, saw a video on this TieToc mini chain saw and decided to return well-known brand and replace it with TieToc. FABULOUS decision. Came fully assembled and included a booklet with very clear and easy instructions, told me what type of oil to add, how often to add oil, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Very light weight and easy to operate. Tried it out on a 2-inch branch and it sliced through like melted butter. Tried it on a 4-inch branch with the same result. For the experienced chain saw user, you may not be as impressed as I was. But I am a 65-year old lady using a chainsaw for the first time and I found this to be very easy to operate, very safe, and performance was impeccable. Can't say enough good things about it. Love the easy carry case as well as the extra battery, extra chain, and all of the other extra accessories. Excellent value for the price.       • Powerful mini saw with great battery life

    I purchased the Tietoc for my husband. It had a great price and was shipped fast. As soon as it arrived my husband charged the battery to full capacity (it came partially charged) and filled it with oil. He then used the Tietoc mini chainsaw to remove a very old and damaged lilac bush/tree. It was a painless job to take the bush from its previous 10’ height to the ground. The Tietoc easily sawed through all the limbs even the largest being about 7.5” in diameter. This saw doesn’t cut very small branches very well, seems to just want to chop them up a bit. So he just used hand clippers for the little branches. But to actually saw through 2”-8” limbs it is a gem. I even tried it myself and it was light and easy to handle. Something I would never say about his full size 20” gas powered chainsaw. The lilac bush/tree job was completed in about 45 minutes with battery power still available. My husband said thanks..this is the best mini saw he’s ever used. We hope the batteries and saw last a long time and we would recommend Tietoc. ... show more

    clean and powerfull. the battery last a long time and does great job on what the mabufcature describe it can do. I pushed it and it performed with an issue. the cutting avaialbility are great and design and speed of the device making great to manuever as it does it job

    This is like a Swiss army knife in that it does so much. I found it easier to use than clippers for some slightly larger branches - but not so big I would pull out a regular chain saw. I recommend you clean it after every use. I take the plastic piece off that covers part of the blade as stuff gets stuck in there. They provide an additional chain but I used the heck out of 1 all summer with no problems. Imagine it will last another summer or two before I have to change the chain.     Great little yard helper. Cuts really well for such a small tool. Comes with an extra battery so if you are doing a lot of work you should be able to finish. My son used it on his yard service for some tall trees. He said it was a lot easier that getting his gas chainsaw up that high. He should pay me. The internal oil distribution is a plus.dont have to manually oil the chain every time.
