Not comfortable at all. It was easy to assemble and I do like the fact that it travels easy. Once you get over the pain of the pad cutting into your thigh, you do actually get a pretty good workout. For as small as it is I was kinda hoping for a higher tension, but for the price I’m not mad.

When I was in my 20s I got a thigh master - the one Suzanne Sommers was selling. I decided to try it again almost 50 years later. I forgot what a good workout you get for the inner thighs - adductors. I've only used it 3 times, but I know it is working because my muscles got sore after day 2. I think this is a great way to improve muscle strength & hip function.
