These resistance bands are great. They do everything they are supposed to. They came with picture guide for all the exercises you could do. The only problem I had was the add shows the yellow band as 20# and the blue as 30# but since it felt wrong I put them on my archery bow draw weight scale and the weights are actually reversed the yellow band was 30 and the blue was 20, maybe just the set I got don't know, but I just switched the velcro bands and all was good ... show more
