I attached this to the side of my shed and it 100% is worth the money. It was very easy to set up and the build quality is fantastic. Even though it doesn't come with weights you can pretty much use anything you've got (even cinder blocks lol) but the space this saves compared to a real pulldown machine makes it great bargain. Nice alternative cable system for at home...well worth the money. Pull is smooth and not much swaying. Can do a lot of excercises with a set of these. Included rope attachment is nice quality.

It seems to be working and I've only loaded it up to 40 lb for doing weighted pull-ups but it turned out to be much smaller than I expected. I attached the photo for people like myself who don't have a sense of size. Compared to other weight plate pins that I've seen, especially in gyms, this is much smaller and lighter so I'm not sure how much I can load it. Use this for tricep pushdowns.Great for unilateral work. Also have used for lat pulldowns as well.I am average lifter and have not tried to use with anything over 50 lbs yet so this review is for less weight So far everything has worked great.Wheel runs smooth.

    • Cord is rather short

Cord length is pretty short in my opinion. Other then that it works as intended. Putting the locks on the cord to hold the loop in place for the attachments was kind of a pain but once you get though that It holds up pretty well.
