I got it with coupon for 15 bucks and I don't think that this should cost anymore than $15. The material that these bands are made of and the bag isn't of a great quality. And also, solid black is like 23 or24 bucks and this one was 17 and some change. Why does it cost more because of the color???? Thats ridiculous!!! Anyway, I really like this because there are lots of leg exercises that I do that require smaller resistance bands and these are perfect, plus I usually twist the ankle straps to the side to make the band tighter for more resistance. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the second D ring on the straps because I have to completely remove the bands in order for me to open up the straps so that's a pain but I definitely can deal with that. ... show more

This set it great!!! So far ive used it for kickbacks, leg abductions and side lunges with a dumbell. The bands add that much more tension to fatigue the muscle and is so much better than the thick leg bands!

I bought these for my home gym. The ankle straps are study and have strong velcro so they don’t budge which is great. They are portable for travel and take up minimal space. They also come with a printout of suggested exercises to do with the bands. I do wish the resistance bands were stronger. For me, the strongest one is not heavy enough. Using during normal workouts, nothing excessive, and the band slips out and off the ring. One snapped me in the neck. Not even used daily. These can be dangerous.
