The bat and balls worked pretty well for our grandson, but the fold out stand had mis-installed rivets that fell apart on the very first use. Oddly, the rivets were installed in a way that deformed the plastic so that it seemed to work. No doubt this will be a short lived toy but he'll enjoy it as long as it lasts. Surprisingly, the extending bat worked much better than I expected and the balls worked out well even when wet from being in the pool. UPDATE: The company reached out to us and offered a full refund even though it was after the 30 days. Added a couple of extra stars for the great customer service. I have played with this more than my toddler lol there’s not a lot of options for outdoor toys nowadays so I bought this even though my toddler has no interest in baseball but it has been such a good buy. It’s sturdy and there’s different ways to play. The arm is great at teaching her how hit the ball and although she can’t use the little launcher one I can and I have so much fun with it. I’ll hit it and she will go catch it so it’s really engaging. The Velcro is also pretty sticky and I don’t see it wearing out anytime soon. Very happy with this purchase. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The tee works for the most part, putting the curved part on was kind of hard but it eventually went on. I love that it is adjustable and it can survive getting hit as my girls are learning. The only thing I’m having issue with is the ball popper it doesn’t go up all the way every time. It gets stuck and we have to push it down again for it to come back up. Sometimes we have to do it a couple times before it pops the ball up. I don’t want to return the whole tee but I bought this in part for the popper. ... show more

Got this for my son on Christmas. This thing doesn’t assemble. Why can’t this company figure this out after multiple customers have complained about the same thing. Ruined Christmas for us. Terrible Terrible Terrible . Take this product off of Amazon.

I’m not sure how it has stood the test of time since the dogs chewed up the baseballs (comes with three) and they have not been able to play with it since.
