The bat and balls worked pretty well for our grandson, but the fold out stand had mis-installed rivets that fell apart on the very first use. Oddly, the rivets were installed in a way that deformed the plastic so that it seemed to work. No doubt this will be a short lived toy but he'll enjoy it as long as it lasts. Surprisingly, the extending bat worked much better than I expected and the balls worked out well even when wet from being in the pool. UPDATE: The company reached out to us and offered a full refund even though it was after the 30 days. Added a couple of extra stars for the great customer service. I bought this for my 4year old nephew, he was so excited! Upon opening, it was missing the rod to extend the t-ball. We read the instructions, also watched the videos of assembly, and the rod was not there. It’s a shame, most of this product was unusable Addendum: they quickly sent a new one and it is wonderful. The media could not be loaded. Thew versatility of this is amazing - T ball, swing arm and pop up. The problem is the swing arm is made with the cross and the receiver a minus sign so they will not go together. I like the product well enough that I bought a cheap router for $20 on Amazon and cut a cross. I also ground down the sides of the white part on the post so the swing arm cap would fit over it. Other choice might be to cut off the white minus sign that is glued on the post. Also had to heat the red T ball holder in hot water to stretch it as it is the same size as the pole and wouldn't fit over without stretching it. Don't really need the red T ball holder, the ball sits fine on the post without it. ... show more

I purchased this for my 5 yr old in hopes it will help with eye hand coordination and let me start by saying baseball are plastic with a felt covering ,, and the pop up mechanism stoped working after handful of times being used ,, ladies and gentlemen not worth the money ..

The media could not be loaded. Was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. Didn’t come with instructions. But we didn’t need them. Everything snapped together easy enough. The stand was adjustable and easy to customize to your kids height. Convenient velcro strips hold the extra balls. My kiddos really loved being able to set up their own ball on the tee. It attaches via Velcro to the swing arm and they took turns fielding the balls vs batting. The pop up timer piece was an unexpected bonus and something for my kids to work up to. Definitely recommend to all the new baseball moms ! (And dads) ... show more
