This is actually a very fun workout! If you're a beginner, it will definitely be the longest 30 minutes of your life! But pair it with your favorite TV show and you're good to go. It comes nicely packed. The weight of the, well, weight is not bad at all. Assembly is easy, the links connect tight which is good because you don't want that weight flying across the room destroying your favorite vase or knocking out your pet! This product was extremely easy to put together. It's super fun and I feel like I got a good work out for 30 minutes but it's extremely noisy. I would compare the noise to a matchbox car racetrack back in the 90s. 😉

It's easy to put together and set up, so long as you actually pay attention to the picture. For a hot minute I thought mine was broken because I put the weight on incorrectly and it was not working. But that was purely an error on my part because I'm not very bright. I dyed my hair blonde for too many years and in doing so tricked my brain into being blonde so I make some very avoidable thinking errors. However once you look at the picture, don't even have to read the instructions just look at the picture it's actually quite easy to put together and take apart. A thing to note if you didn't think about it, like I didn't think about it until I tried to use it, is that you have to snap it apart and back together every time you want to use it because it is intended to fit directly to your waist so you can't really slide it on over your head. It's not like clothes that stretch out to surpass your shoulders. I may have spent more minutes than I would like to admit trying to wiggle my way into it but it's actually quite easy to just unsnap it put it around you and snap it back together. Also in that process make sure you properly snap both the top and the bottom back together or else on your first rotation it's going to fly off of your waist and the weighted end is going to be the end that pulls it away from your body and slams into your wall and puts a dent in your drywall. This may or may not have happened to my living room. I'm just glad it flew to the one empty wall and not the wall with the TV or the other wall with the pictures. Yay for me. Great product so long as you have a little bit of common sense. You can use it even if you don't have common sense you just might have some mistakes along the way, and that's okay too. ... show more

Quality of this hoop is good. The weight is good. The work out is awesome. A 30 minute work out equals about 3,500 steps (on my iPhone). It does make some noise but doesn’t bother the kids or pets. Wanted the hoop that’s on FB but didn’t want to pay the big bucks, found this one and I am very satisfied. It’s a fun work out. Put in some earbuds listen to a audiobook and go for it. Time flies. This infinity hoop dup is incredibly fun, dear sweet cheeks it is LOUD! I use it in my living room and you can't hear squat over how loud it is. The weight is nice. Easy to use. If you're looking to spend less than an actual infinity hoop it's ok it's just loud.

I was skeptical at first (I've seen these online elsewhere for twice the $) but bought it because it was on sale. So glad I did! Great value for the money. Easy to use and easy to adjust. If you haven't hula hooped in a while or ever it's hard to get it going but once you do it's a smooth workout. You will definitely feel it after the recommended 30 minutes.
