I’ve been using this infinity hoop for a week now. It definitely works, which I am very happy for considering the price—I had my doubts. There are just a few issues: 1) it’s loud. I live alone, so no problem. It might be an issue for some though. 2) it gets stuck every now and then. It stinks when you got it going on a roll, but otherwise, I just start it again. No biggie. 3) it takes a few tries to master this hoop, be patient. I watched a how to video on youtube (hoopsmiles) and that was all I needed to get going. 4) this product is wonderful for a beginner, like me, to see if you like doing this kind of exercise. The item is low priced, is of fairly good quality and is customizable in size, weight heaviness. It will even grow with you as you get better. This is way better then I was expecting for the price granted it's fairly cheapish plastic but its made well specially for the price, it works it's alot easier then a normal hula hoop but ive also always loved playing with hula hoops and they're Definitely different feelings between this hoop and a normal hula hoop ,might be alil difficult for a complete beginner, everyone is alittle bit different on what's easier just remember practice makes perfect :) the ball glides well the color is pretty, the sound of it's really not to bad but is a tiny bit noisey and the price is unbeatable, if your thinking about getting it to try....I say go for it :) I'm sure you'll really like it 😊 ... show more

I am not taking a picture of me using the hula hoop because I am not a skinny person and I look stupid so anyways it is very durable I use it all the time. It is something that use your hand and you have to move your body to get it to spin around and it does when you do that. If you would like to lose weight you'd have to use it more than I personally do and then I think you could lose a bunch of weight with it. I personally feel like it is a great value for your money and you get a great workout with it and you could lose a lot of weight with it if you stuck to it and used it everyday so yes it is something that is good I just honestly don't have time to use it everyday like I should ... show more

I like that I paid a fraction of the price of some others and this couldn't work any better! It is a bit noisy, but that's not an issue for us. It can get stuck if you slow down too much, but I think that's my newbie technique! The unit is easy to put together and adjust for different sizes. It's easily portable.
