This is way better then I was expecting for the price granted it's fairly cheapish plastic but its made well specially for the price, it works it's alot easier then a normal hula hoop but ive also always loved playing with hula hoops and they're Definitely different feelings between this hoop and a normal hula hoop ,might be alil difficult for a complete beginner, everyone is alittle bit different on what's easier just remember practice makes perfect :) the ball glides well the color is pretty, the sound of it's really not to bad but is a tiny bit noisey and the price is unbeatable, if your thinking about getting it to try....I say go for it :) I'm sure you'll really like it 😊 ... show more

It took a few uses to get comfortable with the speed of the weight swivel so pretty easy to use. Appears to be well made and extra pieces allow for size adjustments. Listening to music or something on ear buds is recommend as the swivel does have a unique sound due to the track it travels on.

I purchased this as a trial run before committing to the on-brand one. This one feels cheap and is LOUD. Despite this, it's surprisingly durable. I used it daily for weeks and it hasn't truly broken. My main complaint is how often the moving piece gets caught on the track if you really get going

The product is good quality, especially seeing others ones that cost 8 times more. It is very loud though, so if noise bothers you, this is not for you. It also is a little rough on your stomach. I did not see the scale change after a week, only burned an average of 200 per 30 minutes, and it’s hard to keep the ball moving. Overall, it’s great for toning legs, but it has very little effect on waistline, and it’s hard to incorporate arm movement without losing momentum. Works great I had a little trouble at first but watched a video on YouTube got it that day and been fine since! I exercise an hour a day starting with the weighted hula hoop then every 10 mins I get on my stepper and do 100 steps it only takes me 2 mins to do those and then I go back to the hula hoop…I’m started at 2015lbs and mostly no activity a day to this…. on good days I go for 2 hours and get 1000 steps and alternating the hula hoop I started with needing 20 links in 6 days I went down to 19 links I also do 1000 calories a day but anyone wanting to lose weight but doesn’t wanna go to the gym this is definitely a helpful tool my clothes are wet by the time I’m done and I don’t feel sore and it’s not so hard where I have to motivate my self to do it everyday I just want to because it’s easy and I can see a difference ... show more

It was pink. It came with the waist clincher. That was the best parts about this. It’s very slinky and keeps falling apart when you try to assemble it. The weighted ball is dangerous swinging around your waist. Don’t even use it around little kids. I’d be scared it would fly off and hit them. It feels very poorly made. It rattles very loudly while in use also. I felt that I should put tape around the ball just in case it flew off because it’s going to burst it’s so heavy, and that weighted powder is going to fly everywhere. There is no counter on it. When the thing comes apart it’s falling into pieces as fast as you can connect them it’s breaking off somewhere else on the belt which was making me frustrated and angry. When the ball comes off track it’s supposed to pop right back on but it takes precision or a new set of nerves. I used it a few times but it’s been in the box most of the time. It seems more of a hazard than a blessing. Nice to try to see what it’s about, but this is not the route to take to lose weight. I can see it if you could keep all the pieces together and the ball in the air with constant hard, focused, twirling. It takes precision and coordination. I read the reviews before buying. I know there was a few who said it left marks on their stomach but you’re supposed to use it over your shirt or if you got the waist trainer bundle you’ll be fine. Never left a mark on me and I only use it for 30 minutes as it said on the instruction it came with. The product works well for exercise, and the pieces are easy to remove and put back together. One of my favorite at home exercises. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the weighted ball moving around the hoop creates quite a bit of noise and it can get annoying if your using it for a long period of time.
