Here’s the thing, this works and works well however, the video displayed, in my opinion doesn’t fully depict how to use it effectively. I usually apply some sort of sweat gel or hot cream first, wrap my stomach area with this THEN use a regular waist trainer to keep it in place. That’s the only way it works for me. Personally, I feel like it’s tad bit overpriced for what you get on a roll. About to place an order for another one.
