This mini stepper is amazing for my small home! First, I’d like to point out how I didn’t have to assemble anything. It came out of the box ready to go for me to start my workout! It’s sturdy and doesn’t move around my hard floor when I’m using it. I was able to easily make changes to the height with knobs. It fits perfectly under my TV console! I have recently had a hip replacement and wanted something to help with exercising at home. The stepper is the perfect thing for me. Its small and easily tucked aaway.i just started using it once my physical therapist said ok. So much better than a big machine and more afordable.

The value & quality is exactly what I was looking for. I paid for a membership at a gym, to lose weight, and it's 3 months later and I haven't stepped foot inside. I'm a little bit of a homebody, and decided to buy something that I could use while watching TV. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, and for under $30 this was the right choice for convenience, value & quality. I was concerned about keeping my balance on it, because I'm 68 years old. Just as other reviewers have said: nothing to assemble. Ready to use. There are plenty of suggestions and videos to keep you going. I’m just going to start 5 min. Alternate with 2 min. Use it every day. Check your foot placement and use a countertop to place your hands for balance.
