The media could not be loaded. I love this stepper machine! I can’t believe I just heard of it. It came with some tools and oil to lubricate it but I haven’t needed neither cause this little machine comes complete and ready to use. I just had to take it out of the box and start exercising! I’m wearing my socks in the video but I recommend wearing shoes for safety, even tho it has non-slip pedals, I think it’s better to be safe than sorry, I was just too excited when recorders the video that didn’t even think of the shoes. The machine has a hight adjusting knob that in my opinion changes the way that you want to workout, I felt like walking on a stair master when I had it in the highest level, if you incline a little like in a regular stair master you’ll feel it in your lower shelf. My husband said that he saw my results of just 15mins on it, he obviously was exaggerating but I definitely felt the workout. The best part of this machine is that you can put it anywhere! I’m keeping mine under my couch which is where I have all my dumbbells and workout equipment. I highly recommend it ... show more

I like the stepper. I bought it at a black Friday deals item. I start using it - I felt like you go up stair - what i like very much. The STEPPER is broken. i returned it and tried to get a replacement. I incluided the text replacement in why i want to return it but mistankly not checking the box replacement. i sent notifications, and included the word replacement inside the return box.Unfortunately no response regarding that. This is a great appliance to get your workout done while watching tv it’s great to keep at home because it doesn’t take much space and it comes with a mat so it doesn’t damage the floor. Super easy to use.

This stepper is not like walking up steps. You have to walk in an unnatural gait to make it work. The foot platforms twist out slight while you step. This action twists your knees and back. I was only on it for about 15 seconds and it tweaked my knees and back. Will be returning. My old stair stepper was more like a natural gait walking up steps. ... show more

This is not the kind of stepper that is vertically up and down, it’s more of a side stepper. I love that it comes with a mat to protect your floors or carpets. It comes with a tool for adjustments and restraints for upper body workout. Overall pretty decent..

I had a minor issue with the stepper and emailed customer support and received a response within hours. They offered a solution expeditiously. I did a trial minute on the stepper and the tension and height feels just right.
