The instructions were clear and concise, and I was able to put everything together in just a matter of minutes. This things runs as it should and is a good deal for the price. I will say, putting two parts of it together was a bit challenging. Attaching the rods to the foot wheel, one nut goes clockwise and the other counter which took me a bit to figure out, also, the screws that attach the bottle holder were an absolute pain to get in. There is no way you are doing it with the screwdriver they included unless you want to break your arms. Otherwise, construction was fairly simple. With that said for the price, I got what I wanted. A simple yet sturdy and functional elliptical. This machine is supposed to fold for easy storage, I haven’t seen that function yet. It’s easy enough to roll around from the front but it is fairly large and takes up a good amount of space. ... show more

    • finally something I can keep up with
So I normally do not buy exercise machines on Amz. I have bought a ton of little exercise stuff but not a machine. I guess because I'm always afraid that it wont' come in not damaged or have issues. Anyhow, over covid, I'm not proud to say I gained like 20+ pounds. I guess I just let myself go and didn't notice. Well I realized I couldn't fit in most of my clothes and because of it I didnt want to go out and would hide in my house even more. Well it got pretty pathetic. So finally I decided to join a nearby gym. I think I went for like 3 days and then I just felt really self conscious because other people are there. So I was talking to my doctor and he said really I dont need any elaborate. He said I can pretty much just walk everyday and it would make a difference. The thing is in Louisiana you cannot walk outside in this crazy heat! So I needed something easy, something in the house with a/c. Also, I need something that was not complicated, like I did not have to watch a video to do. So this is how I came upon this. At first, I thought I'll hate it and wont keep up as I'm easily unmotivated. So it turns out I should have started this a long time ago. The reason that I dont even notice I'm exercising! I have this in my living room in front of the tv. So I don't allow myself to watch my favorite shows unless I'm on this machine. So while i'm watching tv, i'm using this and time just passes by. before long, I've been on this thing 45 minutes! It is super super easy to use. There was no learning of any kind. I didn't have to watch any tutorial or anything. I didn't have to follow some plan. I literally just step on it and start walking while my show is on. For those of you who struggle like me to find the motivation, try a machine like that and pair it with someone you like. By the way, I did not get a treadmill because I hate running. Also, I read that this was much better because it's kind of a cross between climbing and walking. ... show more
